The cleanliness and design of the room, the friendly staff, the availability of a wireless network, the (quiet) location in the centre of Malmö, and the availability of Canal+ Sport. A very nice and quiet hotel! The reception was closed from 21:00 on the day I checked in. But this wasn't really a problem; a short phone call provided me with the instructions to get in. The hotel will charge your credit card in advance (at least they did in my case). Of course this isn't a problem either, but it is a good thing to know.

Very good room rate, and this location was very close to the railway station Triangeln, in Malmö. Not open for late arrival, if you would be delayed for some reason.

Only the position. Lousy breakfast, dirty tables, no wiping of tables after breakfast. Receptionist made private calls all the time. We would have chosen Ibis Hotel which is excellent value for money, but it was already booked out.

For me, Hotel Plaza was excellent. It was simple and reasonably priced, yet had everything I needed, was always clean and the staff were helpful yet unobtrusive.

Très bon accueil, serviable. J'ai pu rester dans le lounge pour travailler après avoir redonner ma clé, la jeune femme m'a servi un thé pour me réchauffer de ma promenade dans Malmo. Bien localisé, proche de la rue principale, piétionnaire. Au calme. Chambre single : fonctionnelle, propre et agréable. Comparé à d'autres villes européennes où j'ai séjourné, un bon choix pour moi.

Det var rent I rummet, sängen var bekvämt. Rummet var extremt litet. Plus att hotellet ligger I ett relativt tyst område. Frukost ok fast inte anpassad till glutenintoleranta. Jag kunde bara ätta yoghurt med fruktsallad. Elisabeth
