It meets expectations

You get clean towels even if you don't leave them on the floor, although they suggest that you can spare the environment by reusing them.

Nice staff, very good breakfast, although on weekends they should extend it to after 10am.

The rooms are all a bit small, but I will return.

Hotel's stuff is very friendly. Location is closed by center of city and 10 minutes walk from Railway Station

Friendly atmosphere

a lot of noise: from street and from alarm in otehr room that started at 6 and nobody was there to turn it off.

Brilliant location and helpfull staff

-Very good position in a very nice part of the city, about 10-12 minutes by walk from station. -Big room -Possible to make a cup of tea or coffee in the lobby at any hour. We stayed 2 nights non consecutive: The second night (in room 207) was just perfect, perfect quality for what we payed.

-The first night (in room 107) we had a bad impression, bad smell in the (old) tolilet, no shampoo or soap except a dispenser in the shower, room walls and furniture quite old. -Bed too soft! -Breakfast more poor than expected based on milk & cornflakes and ham & salami. No cake, biscuits or sweet things except bread and jam. Apple juice like water. We have to say that we did't stay in other hotels in gothenburg, so is difficult to make a perfect judge.

Very friendly staff, with a high grade of service. Location is central and good. Easy to find the hotel. I will recommend this hotel.

In hot summer days it can be hot in the rooms without air condition. But the hotel have put fans in the rooms.

Un'ottima e abbondante colazione. Nella Hall c'e' The e caffe' gratuito. Stanze piu' piccole rispetto agli standard alberghi / catene ma molto ben utilizzati gli spazi. Buona posizione nel centro della citta'. Very large and good breakfast. Free coffe and tea in the halli - was great after a cold day! Rooms are smaller than the usual standard but spaces are very well utilized. Good location in the middle of the city.

Prezzo un po' alto, ma sembra sia in linea con gli altri alberghi della citta'. Price a bit high, but it appears in line with the other hotel in the city.
