The junior suite was nicely designed and decorated. The outside of the hotel (streetside) does not look very appealing. The airconditioning was insufficient in cooling the room and therefor it was not comfortable for sleeping. |

L´hotel est un des rares en comparaison qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est tres varié, on trouve presque tout ce qu´on pouvait imaginer. L´hotel est tres design. Il ne manque de rien. |

Närheten till allmänna kommunikationsmedel. Vi var i Norrköping för att lyssna på konsert i Himmelstalundshallen och det var enkelt att ta sig från hotellet konsertlokalen. Vi åt "middag" på hotellet i baren och där hade jag önskat något bekvämare sittplatser när jag åt, blev obekvämt med låga bord. |

Gratis åtkomst till Internet. Tillgång till CD-spelare. Belysning att kunna tända mitt i natten på nattduksbordet utan att störa sin sänggranne. Kalla ägg. Att det inte finns väggfast pump med tvål, schampo och hudkräm i badrummet för att minska förbrukningen av just tvål, schampo och hudkräm. |

Trevlig personal, men sunking entré. Tyvärr stördes lördagens nattsömn rejält (rum 217) då hotellet ligger granne med en nattklubb. Lilltips till hotellet är att erbjuda öronproppar (gratis) i en liten skål på nattduksbordet! Det skulle kännas som en xtra bonus. Plus i kanten för träningsmöjligheter på rummet. Sköna sängar och kuddar, snyggt, rent och enkelt badrum. Frukostbuffén helt ok, men jag saknade doften av nybakat och kaffe (matsalen rimmar dåligt med resten av hotellinredningen........) Åt frukost kl 0930 söndag morgon och då var det redan rätt urplockat och inte riktigt påfyllt. God lunch i baren med trevlig barkille! Hissen luktar mindre gott. |

trevlig personal,bra rum. inget illa om hotellet men det var svårt att hitta dit.som tur var hade norrköping trevliga invånare och vi hittade en av dom.vi stannade för att fråga om vägen och hon erbjöd sig att åka med och visa hon var ju ändå bara ute och promenerade.det norrköping är något att vara stolt över och tack du som gjorde det. |
