Interesting location, functional and clean. Staff really friendly Having to pay for parking - a challenge in negative temperatures, when you can't understand Swedish!! When I did figure it out, it was only about $5.00 per day - hardly worth the effort..!

Very helpfull staff ready to answer all questions, nice breakfast, clean rooms, ... There were problems with the hotel's private parking (entrance door wasn't working), but that's a temporary issue.

Unusual and spacious building. Sauna and roof top spa. Excellent breakfast. Coffee and tea available all day. Not central but good location on river, ideally placed for ferry into town and interesting walk along riverside.

The artworks. The view from the restaurant/bar and relaxing area (jaccuzi). Breakfast. The cleaning lady was allready cleaning the room when we came back from breakfast.

Nice friendly staff in reception. Good and fresh selection on the breakfast buffet. This time, room key didn't work as access key to spa area. (Changed policy?) To reduce hassle for guests, try to inform guests about this at check-in.

Trevligt område vid kajen, men anrik varvshistoria. Sängarna var kanske inte de bästa av hotellsängar jag prövat. Kändes som jag skulle ramla ur dem (inte överviktig). Lite sjögång.

fantastisk bra frukost och trevlig frukostpersonal, samt fräscha stora rum och bra storlek på duscharna. Även ett trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Kan mycket väl tänka oss att boka detta hotell igen.

Personale cortese e disponibile, convenzione con i taxi verso l'aereoporto (altrimenti davvero costosi) Era un capannone navale,ora è un hotel di design ma il risultato finale lo fa sembrare anche un carcere. Camere poco insonorizzate,vista sulle strutture adiacenti (avevo una camera standard) hotel nell'insieme piuttosto caro considerata la posizione non proprio comoda per chi visita la città sia pe turismo che per lavoro.

Underbart läge vid hamnen i Eriksberg. Smidigt att låta bilen stå och istället ta Älvsnabben in till stan, en annorlunda upplevelse för barnen. Vi uppskattade den generösa frukostbuffen och utsikten från relaxavdelningen på taket.
