Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen  

We could afford to go with our two kids, ages 8 and 17, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The regular, grown-up beds were very comfortable and the sheets were really soft. The room was really clean and the staff was very friendly. We left some jewlery in the windowsill and called to ask about if they found them. They checked with the cleaning service and they did find them. They called us back the next day and they put the jewelry in an envelope for us to pick up at the reception. The staff/reception was very professional and helpful, even when I called to ask some questions before choosing the hotel. We recieved fast and great service! The sauna, Turkish sauna and hot tub brought us back to life when we were feeling so tired. They were so relaxing. There were enough towels for showering and using one at the hot tub so that was nice.

They kids beds/cots were not very comfortable, but for the inexpensive price, it was worth it. It would have been nice though if they could have slept as comfortably as us grown ups though. The hot tub could have been hotter. It was like bath water and the water level was a bit low. Also, it was pretty small and really crowded and it took us about 40 minutes before we got a turn. The group in the tub kept restarting the jets in the hottub, instead of getting out so others could have a turn. Maybe the hotel could put a sign there saying: For the courtesy of other guests, when others are waiting for a turn, please stay in only for the amount of time until the jets stop/take turns. Or the hotel could invest in another hot tub to have available at busy times.

We booked at the hotel where there was a room available even during the Gothia Cup. But the room was wonderful and we did not hear any sound from the hundreds of young soccer players in the evening. The breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. The location is interesting for a quiet walk in the evening, but there is a ferry and a bus that can take you to old Gothenburg for sightseeing.

The hotel is a bit tricky to find from the highway if your are approaching the city from the north, but convenient for a quick start in the morning.

Check-in only after 4 PM. Not a big deal but still a nuisance.

They did not have our booking when we came.they tried to put us in two single beds despite we were a couple. Wifi did not work.

I don't like hotels were you keep the service level at a bare minimum in cover of being a green hotel.

Questo hotel è favoloso. Noi abbiamo gradito la jacuzzi sul tetto con vista sul porto, era il primo di gennaio. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e ricca di ogni cosa, dalla nutella al bacon. La posizione è fantastica, si può raggiungere il centro di goteborg sia con il bus numero 16 (10 minuti alla stazione centrale) sia con il battello, sono 3 fermate al prezzo di 21 corone svedesi. Il ristorante ha una vista bellissima sulla città e sul porto, il cameriere calvo e la deliziosa cucina valgono la visita. Sotto l'hotel ci sono: bancomat, tabaccaio, alimentari, ristoranti e un pub. Molto consigliato per chi ha bambini e per una vacanza romantica. Adoro questo posto.

Le camere sono basic e mancano gadgets per il bagno. No shampoo o altre cose tipo pettine, ciabatte, etc.. 65 corone per affittare l'accappatoio per la jacuzzi. Alla reception la signora bionda anziana non sapeva quale bus portava all'aeroporto gse ryanair..

Zarezerwowalem superior twin a dostalem standard, dopiero po interwencji dostalem taki jak rezerwowalem.Maszyny do lodu nie dzialala na moim oraz kolejnym pietrze, musialem szukac dzialajacej. Pokoj mial byc z jednym duzym lozkiem, byly dwa zlaczone ktore sie rozjezdzaly na boki. Pierwszego poranka, mimo wywieszki "nie przeszkadzac" pokojowka pukala i pytala o ktorej wychodzimy, mimo ze przed nami byla jeszcze jedna doba hotelowa.
