I wanted to stay on Hisingen so it suited me perfectly. Very nice reception staff and good breakfast. I liked the ferry ride I took in the evening, great way to go from the city center to the doorstep of the hotel.

For exploring Gothenburg it might not be so practical to stay here.

Very nice (scenic location) which was convenient and suitable for a pleasant walk in the morning or afternoon. A ferry is close by if you need to get to Göteborg. Rooms are practical and well appointed. Breakfast etc is good too.

Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice and plenty of healthy options. Rooms were comfortable.

we were driving and had learned the hard way to push for one of the limited hotel provided parking spots. Although these incur a charge, they provide the freedom to come and go knowing there is a spot to return to. [Gothenburg council needs to become more conscious of the restrictions it places on visitors]. The Eriksberg waterfront area has limited facilities for evening dining and Quality Hotel 11 could do more to inform guests of its restaurant. We found out by asking questions and were very pleased with the restaurant meal.

Very expensive Facilities were modest but acceptable

Had 2 stays at this hotel 2 days apart. The first stay we had a balcony and the shower was over the bath. The second stay had no balcony but the room was larger and there was a walk in shower. Breakfast had a superb choice of food with many healthy options. The location on the waterfront provided easy access to the city. For drivers, the hotel is easy to find and acces to other parts of the city is easy.

Parking is a nightmare unless you can secure one of the hotel reserved spots. Otherwise parking is by meter and can be hard to secure a spot especially at night. Watch out as Goteburg council is deadly with fines and no provision or encouragement for foreign visitors. We received a fine and there was no facility to make an online payment - VERY difficult for travelers. - Wake up Goteburg!. The choice oCaesares & restaurants has not kept pace with the development on this side of Goteburg Harbour.

Perfectly situated, the hotel made us love a part of the city that we wouldn't have discovered if we would have slept in a hotel located in the center. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel, in a very nice location. I stayed here also 5 years ago so coming back was always in my dreams. Now the room was with river view , a very nice experience to see the ships going during the sunset. Free wi-fi , an important advantage. Good breakfast, a little busy in the morning.

The room furniture is already scratched and dated, making the experience not very pleasant for a 150 euros room. Obvious the hotel rooms needs a refurbish, but it's a real milking cow on this difficult times and probably it's not easy to loose the rooms occupancy for this. 5 yeas after my previous staying here I am a little disappointed about how the rooms looks now. Two days after, I stayed in a Ibis in Germany for 60 euros, the room was looking superior (cleaner) even if it was smaller, much pleasant staying.

The Quality Hotel 11 was a terrific hotel. We enjoyed being on the water, the construction elements, our water view from the balcony, and the breakfast!

If you demand clean rooms, this is not for you. The first room we we're given was so dirty that we requested another one (our son was getting an allergy attack...), which was in the same state. We had to clean the floor ourselves. They have a serious problem with the cleaning staff. We will not come back.

The surroundings in a renovated old port area. A renovated industrial buiding very successful. The boat shuttle to go to downtown.

The high number of rooms, giving some impersonnality. The difficulty to find it when coming by car.

The rooms were spacious and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of fresh items. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available for a reasonable cost.

The location is a bit far out to be very convenient for tourists. No hairdryer in my room - a small disappointment.

Having to pay for parking - a challenge in negative temperatures, when you can't understand Swedish!! When I did figure it out, it was only about $5.00 per day - hardly worth the effort..!

Excellent location for our city break, the whole area is beautiful, were used all the facilities available. A great weekend made great by a good value hotel!!
