Everything was very good, hotel staff works very nice, they were very pleasant and effective in their work. Next time, for sure, we will choose the same hotel. There wasn`t double bad in our room despite of we were in wedding trip :(

The hotel location was ideal for my daily commute via the towns central railway station. Hotels was found to be Clean, Pleasant and facilities available were found to be accommodating,

Staff were extremely helpful, for example booking our next hotel for us by phone when we were unable to use the internet booking system. Breakfast was excellent too and the hotel was a short footbridge from the centre of town. Wi-Fi in the room would have been nice, especially if one person hogs the courtesy pc in the lobby.

Personal: Receptionsten fick extra vänlighetspoäng av både sonen (9år) och mig. Bra standard i rummen - dubbel rum. Skön avkoppling i bastu och jacuzzi, dock kan temperaturen höjas en aning i bastun...

Pænt og rent. Værelse lækkert og "op to date". Lækker rammer. Personalet skal være lidt mere service-minded, vejledning om tilbud på hotellet var minimal, og det var meget passivt.

Den vänliga och servicinriktade personalen. Sänglamporna var felplacerade, gav därför dåligt läsljus. Hårfön saknades I badrummet. Fanns visserligen I garderoben, men det fanns inte någon kontakt vid någon av speglarna.

Det var ett fint rum vi fick under vår vistelse på Quality Hotel Galaxen. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevliga. Frukosten var till belåtenhet och mycket att välja på.

Det finns 4 klädhängare och ingen byrå så man får behålla strumpor och annat i resväskan. Annars var rummets inredning ok. men absolut inget som var lyxigt.
