for some reason the elevator system was very slow, even with 4 elevators ( apparently some which did not work) it once actually took us 7 minutes to wait on the elevator ( we were not planning on taking the stairs 9 floors up ) |

Staff, location. Bad air condition. The room was hot and the fans did not help and they where noicy.Problems with wierless internet during my stay. |

The Hotel was clean and friendly. We had a standard doulble room with a double bed, which we found comfortable. The glass partition wall to the bathroom was a bit of a shock and quite novel! I would recommend this room only for intimate couples. The location is good, only 10 mins from the center by tube. All in all a good experience! |

the Hotel is just next to Globen, where it happened Beyonce put up a show while we were in Stockholm therefore a nice suprise and extra gain. The staff is reasonably professional and friendly. The lift and room seem a bit old, and not much breakfast variety. |

Good location and the staff at reception were very helpful. I also liked the fact that free internet access was avialable in the room. Breakfast was good too. Very weak internet access connection, and once lost I was not able to connect for another 24 hours. |

It's quiet even though is right next to an Arena where concerts and hockey games are held. It was also very comfortable and the room has a good size when compared to other hotels in Europe. The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. The staff are very kind and they speak perfect English, so no need to worry about not having knowledge of the Swedish language. All in all, great value for money. There wasn't anything I didn't like, but I think some people may not like the fact that the property is not located in downtown Stockholm, but I just want to say that it takes about 10 minutes with the Metro to get there, so you can save money by staying a little far from downtown but it won't take away too much time from your sightseeing. |

Only one single thing I liked at this hotel: the location of the hotel, next to the Globe arena - that was my wish when I choosed this hotel, but never been there before. Yes. Lots of things were realy bad. The elevators look all old, dirty and broken. Rooms do not offer a 4* comfort. Facilities are very old and the general athmosphere is quite cold. I even had problems with broken lamps in the room and bath room, with difficult closing window, with a very old television with very limitated channels and more. And I had a Superior Room !! |

la pulizia delle camere, e il fatto che all'interno c'era dei servizi quali sauna piscina.... la posizione non è propriamente centrale, pero' bisogna dire che la metropolitana è vicina e che il venerdì e il sabato è sempre aperta. |
