Price was pretty good compared with swedish average fares;varied breakfast; Nearby tube closed; train to reach underground is needed; room was clean while breakfast cutlery were almost dirty!

The location of the Hotel was perfect for my business trip. I've stayed in many hotels throughout the world, and I have to say the staff at this one were the ignorant and un-engaging I've ever come across. Left waiting to be seated at the restaurant for over 20mins whilst staff stormed by with no eye contact. Decided it would be quicker to get food in the bar, but staff there were talking casually to other customers in Swedish for another 15mins. Ended up going back to room and ordered room service instead, and even that came without the drink I'd ordered, which took yet another 20mins to come, after I'd eaten the food. *Highly unrecommended*

Nice & friendly staff. The hotel description claims that there is a gym at the hotel. I think a treadmill and a stationary bicycle hardly makes a gym. Even 1 well chosen multifunctional gym machine would make a dramatic difference.

Location near Globen was the best part. Chek-in and -out was fast and staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was bildingsite next to my window and tarpaulins made a very bad noise because of high wind. It woke me up at night couple times.

Very good breakfast. Perfect localisation for whose who are going to see any show at Global Arena. There is a arena view restaurant in hotel. Close to the underground station and shopping centre. It is time to change design. The furniture are are rather old and used.

The hotel is not too far from the centre of Stockholm. Unfortunately the closest Tunnelbana station is not open at present, but when that reopens it will be very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were good. The only thing we would have liked extra was tea and coffee making facilities. We did manage to obtain a kettle, after a couple of requests, but it would be nice if the facilities were in the rooms as a matter of course.

Liked the Jacuzzi and Sauna, despiter small are enough to relax. Also breakfast as good variety and people are friendly. I've upgraded the room to a mini-suite. Good, but not so clean. Also, recepcionist not very competent. She messed up my reservation and we had a guy entering our room while we were there, thinking it was his room. Lucky I was in a good mood that day...

Bra läge, nära till tunnelbanan. Mycket god frukost. Fräscha rum. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig! Dessutom snällt att vi kunde vara kvar några timmar längre på söndagen, eftersom det det var en lugn dag. Fönstren skulle nog behöva en rengöring :-) Vårt rum saknade hårtork, vilket vi räknat med.

Perfekt avstand til Ericsson Globen Finner det merkelig at hotellet ikke har en kaffeautomat og at man ikke kan få kjøpt en kopp kaffe/te utenom barens åpningstider. Man burde kunne få kjøpt det i resepsjonen i det minste..... på et ellers så ok hotell.

mycket trevlig personal....tysta rum mycket dåligt med glutenfria alternativ.....två torra brödskivor var allt som fanns...och ett otal alternativ finns på marknaden.....kändes mkt trist. jag betalar ju lika mkt som andra för frukost och alternativen var ju mycket olika
