Clean, decent shower, flexible workspace in every room, complimentary wi-fi with 24 hour password vouchers available from the reception. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location - short walk from main areas and transportation centers, large availability of Hotel services like spa, Room Service, Internet, Bar, Restaurant. Spa access, Internet and Breakfast were included in the basic price. Nice view from the hotel window. Reception is friendly and speaks good English. We were late-morning sleepers and could not find a "Do Not Disturb" sign to put out on the door - so housekeeping would come in unwanted. Was expecting a better bathroom, particularly the bathtub which was made of metal and a bit unstable (not attached to the floor or wall).

The hotel staff were especially helpful with buses and local information. The restaurant was wonderful with the chef making me a salad to my dietary needs. I felt very well looked after. I'd certainly recommend it.

Too small rooms. The restaurant was under constaction, therefore the choices of the menu was very poor... The spa area is also very small, only one sauna and a bubble bath...

Very good value for money. Clean, quite, staff is quite helpful if needed. Breakfast room is small. If you are late, it's almost impossible to find a space.

Att badet ingick i rumspriset med fri tillgång! Fin utsikt från vårt rum på våning 11 och fina rum Vi blev vid ankomst inte meddelade vilken tid frukostbuffén hade öppet, vi såg heller inte denna information någonstans och höll på att missa frukosten, kände oss mest besvärliga mot restaurangpersonal.

Garaget krånglade och vi tilldelades ett ostädat rum - inte direkt enligt förväntningarna. 1 i personalen var hjälpsam, förstående och reducerade priset. Men det framgick även att de problemen vi hade var mer eller mindre vanligt förekommande?! Hm, kanske något att ta tag i??

Mycket trivsam atmosfär, som ett "litet" hotell trots att det är ganska stort. Mycket trevlig personal. Hög kvalitet på restaurangen, frukosten och maten. Lite besvärligt att parkera. Parkeringshuset låg på baksidan, en bit upp i backen. Mycket trångt parkeringshus.
