Nice old-style hotel with good modern facilities. Staff friendly & very helpful. Good breakfast. The lift was old-fashioned which we have no complaints about, but might be not so easy for elderly, wheel chairs, or families to use. |

The hotel is located in an old building. Reception is on the 2nd floor and accessed via an old stone staircase or old style lift which seems to be common to other facilites in the building as well as the hotel. On arrival you have to use an intercom to gain access. Each corridor belonging to the hotel has to be accessed by a key. |

The hotel is the very city centre right on the main shopping street. Everything including breakfast was nice. The breakfastroom was in the other wing of the house, so it took some time to find it and then to find our way back. |

We thought the hotel was very comfortable and spacious. It was also good to have complimentary tea/coffee and fruit and biscuits in the communal lounge; also free internet access. The staff were very helpful as well. |

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, as we stayed in superior double room into courtyard it was spacious and very quiet. Too much dust in bit tricky reachable places, like top of the wardrobe. Bit small bathroom for superior bedroom. |

the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, decent size and well equipped bathroom. it was like going home because the house is like a normal residential house. it was cold in the room even the heater were set to maximum, and it was not possible to make the room dark enough. only a few channels on TV. |

Everything was rather good. There was an opportunity for us to choose the room we like most, cleanliness was enough. I liked 24-hours ability to make tea and coffee in the central hall, fruits and cookies on the table over there, microwave oven. The hotel is situated right on the shopping street so for someone it may be noisy in the mornings but nothing really awful. |

Nice and clean, within the shopping district, easy walking distance to Old Town and bus / train station. Nice spread at breakfast. Room was small, but more than adequate for our weekend stay. Our "small double room" was actually twin beds, which we weren't expecting. |

Excellent location in town and near the train station. Staff were very helpful and even organised a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure. |

We could have took our breakfast at 5.15 a.m which is great. No other comment, except that a double bed would have been better instead of two simple. |

Centrality, location, room size, friendly staff I would have liked a double bed or double quilt rather than 2 single beds and 2 single quilts. |

Hotel in the very center of the city. Nice room for good price - it was more than we expected! Breakfast room could be more attractive, but breakfast itself was ok |

The staff were very friendly and more than happy topoint us in the right direction and give us tips in where to go. The hotel was very cosy and had a lovely homely feel. It was also very clean and our en-suite was very modern with a lovely warm shower. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a quieter part of the main shopping street in Stockholm. |
