ホテルの入り口やフロントの位置がわかりにくい。ストリートからはインターフォンでホテルのフロントを呼び- 出し、鍵を開けてもらったあとで2階上へあがったところがフロントである。一度チェックインしてしまえば使- いやすい。 |

一人旅で使用。部屋は小さいが、清潔ですごしやすかった。値段も満足。ロケーションも中心地にあり、非常に- 探しやすかった。中央駅まで徒歩約5～6分。（朝食付、en-suit）近くにカフェやレストランもあり、便利だった。 |

ホテルの建物の入口がオートロックで、チェックインで入るときインターフォンで話さねばならず、自分は英語- があまりうまくないので少しとまどった。 それ以外は、朝食の種類も豊富で部屋もシンプルながらとても清潔で快適に過ごすことができた。 |

Very quiet, clean and comfortab.e Telephone did not work and even after it was reported, it was not repaired. I stayed there 5 nights. Also I thought they would offer special weekend rate and they did not. |

Great service, and a very cosy atmosphere. There is a nice living room with coffee and tea all day. The room was very pleasant and breakfast nice. Location was perfect, just on the shopping street and only a short walk from all the sights. |

Location- near the train station and close to all the shopping centre, quite convienient. Has the feel of a Swedish house rather than a hotel- 3 keys, one to get in, one for your corridor and one for your room! More informal than a larger well known hotel group. It was adequate for my puropse and clean- with continental breakfast- nothing wrond with the hotel. |

It was great that breakfast was included. Since it is an old building, you often hear footsteps and luggage wheeling in the hallway on the hard wood floors. |

Very helpful, kind personel and very keen on giving information about the city attractions. Good breakfast. Renovation of main entrance, because from the first external sight the building looks a little bit old, However our stay in the hotel were great. |

The location is excellent. The hotel is quite cosy, and it is always a pleasure to be at the very center of Stockholm. The rooms could, and indeed should, be warmer. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel was well positioned near the centre of town. The Hotel retains the charm of its older design but the bathroom has been completely modernised. Perfect for a short stay business or shopping trip if you budget it limited. The blue standby light on the TV was exceptionally bright after lights out, lighting up the room and burning the eyes when looked at. I had to cover this to get to sleep. |

Despite the location of the hotel in a busy pedestrian street the room was very silent. Breakfast was quite good. When we arrived around 8 o'clock pm, we found that the "third bed" previously requested was not ready. |

Very good location and close to the station The beds were really terrible. I'm not a spoiled person but I couldn't sleep all night and finally got a headache because of the non-comfortable bed. |
