Friendly hotel staff, exquisite breakfast buffet

High price of the hotel

Eberything was absolutely amazing, it was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Stockholm.

Water preassure on the 13th floor wasn't the best, but still good enough to take a proper shower.

Staff were so helpful and friendley, and the hotel was very clean and tidy.

It is very closed to the central station and downtown. It is at a walking distance to the main street going to the old island

Great Location, located near Central Station. Only 10 mins walk to the old town, and walking distance for shopping and to view city's attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable.

This Hotel is very well placed for the attractions and amenities of the city centre and is also close to Gamla Stan, the Old Town. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room had superb views over the water to Gamla Stan. The room itself was very quiet and comfortable and evidenced great attention to detail in the design of it's decorations and facilities. One feature that we noticed in particular was the benefit of discreetly placed ventilation to the outside for thoses who need fresh air as well as air-conditioning. Our three night stay here was outstanding.

The parking was excellent and we wouldn't complain as this is unusual for a city centre location ...but slightly expensive.

We stayed in Business class, so we had calm room and nice panoramic view to the water and old town was great! Staff if friendly + all services united in 1 button of the phone. We had late check-out at 4pm for free. Excellent location close to city center: just 3 min walking to tourist info desk + 2 min walking to the stop of citytrip red bus and just next bus stop to main city sightseeings.

Sensored minibar and no warning about it but if you insist to refuse paying for non-consumed items while check-out they do remove it from the bill. Very expensive taxi from the airport (us$ 90 for 30 min) but it's a fixed fare for all taxis - use arlando express from airport - it goes just 20 min without traffic risk right to the hotel, but if there are 3 or more travellers it's all the same cheaper to take a taxi.

The brakfast. There was no exotic fruit like mango, papaya eyc.

I have to stand in a line for 1: acceptance of breakfast 2: To be advised a table. Total waiting time 20 min! Not accebtable when booking for business and to a business rate!!

Located at central station, breakfast was good, taxis available at hotel door.

Great location with easy access to trains, tube and the heart of the city. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffe with everything you can think of. Very serviceminded and friendly staff who will help you with everything you need.

A bit pricey, but hey this is Stockholm so nowhere is going to be cheap, so for a bit extra you can get the best.

We had a great stay, the staff was phenomenal especially Ida and Jesse. We would make this our place to stay if we ever come back again and will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

The hotel is situated at a very central location close to all form of city transport ( the Central station) and also walking distance for shopping and to view city's attractions. The old city is only 10 mins walkaway...stunning views of the city are visible from rooms.

If I really had to find something to that is a drawback about the hotel is the fact that the it does not have spa facitlities and niether indoor pool. It would have been ideal also if it incorporates a games room for kids and have some form of entertainment in the evenings.

The breakfast was excellent, fantastic quality and choice, very relaxed, staff very attentive. Restaurant food in the evening very good. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good situation, next to central railway station, arlanda express and metro. Very quiet at night. Rooms have windows that open.

No face towels or shower cap in bathroom, would have been nice.

Everything... Staff very professional, friendly and helpful, amazing breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfast I had. Nice bar if you want to have a drink at night... Location is perfect.. Just few minutes from bus/train central station. We could walk basically everywhere, hotel is close to old town and other touristic points. Staff was exceptional, in the last day, our flight was kinda late and they let us stay until later without any extra charge... I was so impressed...
