Location of this hotel was great, by bus 5 minutes. There is a shuttle services every 15 min. We were upgraded free of charge to business room, lovely spacious room and films for free. Breakfast lovely. No negatives. |

The staff was very nice - helpful and efficient. Sufficient amenities in the room. Good food with vide assortment, especially during breakfast. The bathroom is not spacious, only enough for one person, still good for a short stay.Service in a restaurant during diner time was very slow. |

Exceptional professional staff, who always responded very positively to any of my needs. Early starts (4.0 am) are well catered for with coffee, sandwiches and fruit in the lobby. Shuttle is punctual and it only takes about 8 minutes to terminal 5, bus stop 14, bus 14. Rooms are comfortable and had an ironing board etc. Single rooms are a little small, but if you only want to use this hotel for a couple of nights you will be fine. |

It was a perfect soloution then we were booked on an early flight from Arlanda. The alternative was to stay up early in the moorning and go by car 200 km. |

personalen var mycket trevlig, frukosten var super god och varierad! bodde på rum 393 och vattnet i duschen var så het att jag nästan blev kokt! Det gick inte att reglera så att det blev ljummet och jag fick aldrig tid att berätta till personalen |
