staff availability I booked a Business room but I found a room that needs a strong renewal in all parts: chair fabric were broken, bathroom more suitable for a service station instead of a 4 stars hotel (broken tile, very small basin, etc..). It is not enough a nespresso machine to justify prize and room typology |

Incheckningen gick smidigt och vi fick ett bättre rum än det vi bokat och till samma pris. Rummet var rymligt med bra utsikt över torget. Frukosten var bra. Det var lite tråkigt att bastun inte fungerade när vi hade bokat den. |

Bra att det fanns möjlighet att koka te och kaffe på rummet. Svårt med parkeringsmöjligheter, dyrt med parkeringsavgift. Det var dammigt på rummet. |

Väl fungerande airconditioning som inte var störande. Trevlig receptionist och vänlig tjej I frukostmatsalen. Det var nästan omöjligt att hitta till hotellet med bil trots gps. Gatorna runt torget avstängda. Vi fick skicka ut en "spejare" som efter karthjälp från receptionen till slut fick oss och bilen på plats. |

Anrikt hotell som har upprustats fint och varligt, trevlig personal, rummet för två var lite trångt men med bra standard på dusch, säng, lampor etc.god och trevlig frukost! Rummet kändes rent och fräscht! Nej |

Bra rum, sköna sängar, tyst. Bra frukost, mycket att välja på. Dåligt mottagande vid ankomst. Receptionisten sysslade med annat och hade inga rum lediga, trots att vi bokat, fick frågan om uppgradering.... |

Bra frukost, och bra läge Iskallt rum, jag blev sjuk. Termostaten fungerade inte. Dålig tv med pinsamt dålig bild. Deprimerande rum. Hotellet i stort såg ut som från en skräckfilm. Inte lämpligt för romantisk weekend. |

Die Lage im Zentrum von Linköping. Weitere positive Eigenschaften hat dieses Hotel leider nicht zu bieten. Der geamte Hotelstandard verdient nicht mehr als zwei Sterne. Wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne bekommen hat, ist mir unerklärlich. Die Zimmer haben die größe einer Abstellkammer. Man hat den Eindruck, dass dieses Hotel seit den 70er Jahren nicht mehr renoviert wurde. Ein Radisson sas Hotel werde ich nach dieser Erfahrung in Schweden sicher nicht mehr buchen. |
