The bend and the pillows were excelent. Also the variety during the breakfast I did not like that the bouncers ask me what I was doing there at the entrance. If you have not room card you could not go anywhere. There is not any reason to bother people with questions. |

The location, next to main train station and walking distance to old town. The 13 euro charge to use the gym!!! Smallish room. Queues at check in/out desks, the porter and more unbelievable, for the lift!! |

Very good hotel, nice room, good breakfast. View over the city in the penthouse bar. Good atmosphere and nice design. Very good positioned. The only disappointment was the night portier who suspected that I was not living in the hotel. It was not enough that my husband showed our key card to him, he insisted me to show mine to prove I was staying there, too. I had not my key card with me and it took a while to get him convinced. I found that little annoying, because I was dressed well, sober and all the way normal in that situation. |

It was close to the busses and we could get down town easy. Would have liked to use the pool and workout facilities for free, instead of having to pay more, on top of the room price. |

Visited the theater, some museum and did some shopping. The sky-bar was crowded and not according to our expectations. |

The location is perfect, the room was quiet I thought that a 5 star hotel would be even better, the difference between 4 and 5 star hotel is not much |

The Hotel has the best location for anyone visiting Stockholm it is right beside the central station. It is only a few minutes walk to the old town, shopping is on your door step and the Ice bar is around the corner. The only thing missing was some milk in the room for my tea. |

The staff were sincere and helpful and the breakfast was more than anyone could ask for! I was not very impressed with the room, the style is a bit odd and it did not feel like a place I would want to spend much time, for sleeping and resting it was very adequate and it would not put me off returning to this fine hotel. Oh and it is a pity that you have to pay for the swimming pool, I wanted to swim but I did not due to the charge. |

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the position of the hotel makes it very convenient for business as it's location is so central. As a frequent business traveller I was very appreciative of the in room wifi. It does not seem right that only the executive level may use the pool free of charge. |

I loved the location very much. It was so convenient for us to get the Arlanda express train and walk around the town. The hotel security was very height and the staff were friendly and kind. The room was clean and specious. The sky lounge was also very nice. The bathroom and beds were worn out. The breakfast room was so packed but if you get there after 9:30 it would not be so crowded |

The room was large for eropean standards. Location next to bus station. Extra charge for breakfast and to use the basement spa (pool and sauna). Dollar rate advertised on website was not the rate received when booked. |

The size and layout of the bedroom. The opening times of the spa were restricted and the spa itself was very small.Breakfast was very busy which made it difficult to get a table and no assistance was offered.Various items of food ran out. |

The location is good and the atmosphere is relaxed. Excellent spa and gym as well as very helpful hotel staff. Especially the discrepancy in quality when looking at upgrading options between junior suite and business class rooms at the same price 400SEK/night. Recommend the junior suites, they are excellent. |
