The service was excellent. We arrived late and we got a free upgrade. The junior suite had an amazing king size bed. The breakfast in the hotel was awesome. |

The hotel has a good central location, we had a lovely room with the unusual feature of a balcony that looked over the bar/restuarant area. Great breakfast! |

Pleasant staff. Room service was very expensive. Even the reception staff suggested for us to go straight to the bar and buy what we wanted and bring it to our room. Both rooms and common areas were too cold |

The excellent room facilities, the very accessible location and the very impressive lobby and breakfast room. Swedish taxi services are very good anyway. Hotel-own internet access to email only available to conference guests. If you do not have your laptop with you as a private guest, this is inconvenient.Everyone needs to check emails! |

It was a disappointment place for us. First they offered us a room which was on the 4th floor. It was dirty and oldish. It was not the same what booking.com offered from the pictures. After our complaints They changed our room but it also had a bad smell with uncomfortable,dirty and old bed and pillows. Breakfast was not special at all. It was not our first trip to Sweden and we are aware about Swedish quality,good service with a puritan style but this hotel was a real disappointment. There are better hotels around and don't trust the reviews. |
