The room did not feel like 4 star comfort. Wall mirror was chipped, tiles in the bathroom patched up with poly filler. Rough toilet paper. Light switch that did not work. We were 4 in the party, but there were only 2 cup in the room, minibar and bathroom. The family rooms are toooo small. Should the hotel advertise they have family rooms, then they should be suited to a family. Most certainly a family with older children.
Not just a criticism of The Radisson Hotels, but most hotels in general - work to get better WIFI solutions for the hotel. Today's paying customers want to log onto their telephones, PCs, IPads, etc etc and surf the net, send mail, SMS, MMS which are usually dependent upon internet connection. Good connections and not just in the common areas of the hotel are needed - JUST LIKE AN OFFICE with hundreds of workers.
Otherwise, this was a very fine hotel, but I would not try it again.
The location is great and central. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Clear rooms. All common areas were extremely nice.
