Very good location, excellent service, good breakfast. They need to change the mattresses. The beds had a pit in the middle... It were not comfortable.

The room was very cold (max 19°c) with air conditioning on. It took a while to fix it. During last night, there was a party in the room close to mine and again it took a while to solve the issue. Music stopped at midnight and noise at 2.30 in the morning!!

Great hotel in a good location across the road from Central Station.All the sights are in easy walking distance from the hotel.Hotel Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again when in Gothenburg.

its a fantastic hotel, with an interesting design, comfortable big and clean rooms, nice food, WONDERFULL selection for breakfast ( my girlfriend is a vegetarian and found no problem at all), extremely friendly staff. its strongly recomended! it would be nice if we knew we have to pay extra for the gym facilities though i enjoyed the gym, really convenient and well equiped!

Great breakfast selection! The hotel was in a perfect location directly opposite the central station and walking distance of all the shops and bars. Very helpful staff and great food. The bed was so comfy and clean and tidy room. Nothing!

The location. The size of the bedrooms. The staff. The brakfast buffet. The first night I ordered a snack in the Bar/cafeteria, consisting of a small entrecot and the meat was onot good "as tought as old Nick"

The staff was very helpful and nice It was a surprise that we had to pay to go to the pool .. never experienced before..when you read on the internet that the Hotel has spa and swimmingpool you ecpect that you can order spa and go to pool for free

Hotel is ideally located for a Goteborg city trip, with trams, buses and trains at the door. Staff were friendly and efficient and included breakfast was excellent. Room very comfortable and would stay again if visiting Goteborg. Request for check out extension was not a problem.

Hotel verry good located in the center of Gotenburg. "Every thing" within walking distance. Staff with a accommodating attitude. Impossible to adjust the the water temperature in the shower. Iscold, next boiling hot then iscold again, repeatedly.
