The tea and coffee making facilities, the bath and the free internet. I know it is a picky point, but I would have liked fresh milk rather than powdered whitener. |

Facial hairs in the sink, very poor quality sheets, no extra pillows available in room, dirty rug,terrible shower curtain (Dirty) for 1995skr you can not offer a room with mildew on shower curtain, for that matter shower curtains are a thing of the passed and applicable for a "Backpackers hotel",Hotel ac not working with "Non operable windows".. |

The sommer price for the Arlanda Express is so good, that it is worth to stay at Arlanda for two days also visiting the town for shopping and dinner and visiting friends/family of course. I had parked infront of the Sky City Terminal with my brothers car and I saw the P-Sign with a 30 Minutes Limit. Unfortunately I was not able to read that I would need there a special permission to do so - my Swedish is not 100% and in Switzerland we would have the signs the other way around - just to be clear, somebody waited for me to leave the car and to place a fine to the wipers..... |

The proximity to the terminals 4 and 5 is very convenient. We appreciate also the cleanliness and quietness of the room. We didn't receive any help to carry the luggages from the front door. |

After a long trip throughout Sweden staying at 3 star hotels, the Radisson SAS SkyCity was a very nice 4 star experience for our last night.The proximity to the airport terminals was fantastic, and staying at SkyCity saved us the Arlanda Express train cost. |

location is great you're right at the airport in the morning when you have to leave. I had a room with a view of the terminal below with all the shopping and restaurants so it was fun. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. |

Quietness, excellent quality of service from people at reception desk, room, bed, and food just perfect. Extremely convenient for early flights. Electricy shutdown during the evening, bad for those who counted on the alarm clock without battery |

Easy access to airport, very comfortable room, great breakfast buffet Room and bathroom smelled like an airplane bathroom, very long walk down hall to room, the new curved curtain rod would make taking a shower easier |

Läget i Arlanda terminalen gör det bekvämt vid tidig avresa. Bra att kunna checka in till flyget för att sedan äta frukost. Priset på frukostbuffen, men frukosten var bra. |

De få timmar jag hann sova innan vi skulle vidare var bra. Skönt också med badkar. Nackdelen med badandet kommer i rutan nedan. Vid urtappning av vattnet blev hela badrumsgolvet snabbt fyllt med vatten och "avloppsrester". Avloppet måste alltså rensas pronto. Nu tog det mig 10 minuter med "proppen" i hand innan jag hade tömt ut vattnet. |

Närheten till terminalerna, möjlighet till frukost, inga störande ljud. Rätt besvärligt att transportera bagaget i de långa korridorerna (beror givetvis på vilket rum man får!) |

Vi är på plats enkelt att bara gå ner till incheckningen. Inte direkt illa, men duschen bör ej vara placerad i badkar. Vi blir äldre och äldre och en del av oss har lite svårt med rörligheten och då är det svårt att komma i och ur ett badkar. |

Tillgängligheten, det är tyst och stilla. Välkomnande varmt och ombonat. När man bor på Arlanda är man oftast på resande fot, trött efter resa och ska förmodligen upp tidigt. Då är bekvämlighet, comfort och enkel in och utceckning viktigt |
