Staff were v polite could not help enough On arrival Lobby was so very busy with a function it was loud and quite chaotic, this was not what you want after a flight and transfer etc. Think it was as a sat and a wedding, the rest of time was v relaxing and somewhere you could sit and enjoy. |

Location, location, location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice toiletries. Free wifi in the hotel. The breakfast room felt very cramped and crowded. No complimentary slippers in the room. |

Excellent view over the water, but that's about it! Wifi worked reasonable. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at! I wonder how they got those 5***** ?! It is more like a reasonable 3*** hotel. Very small room. The bath leaked (was fixed the next day though). What the hotel presents as a gym is not gym at all - the small room with the ceiling about 2 meter high, so that you can not stand on the cross-trainer without damaging your head. The equipment is literally falling apart and rusty. It is simply dangerous to try to use that so called "gym". And then the hotel sells vouchers for an extrenal gym for 150 sek, which is under reconstruction. The sauna doesn't get hot - 80 c after 2 hours! I haven't expected that kind of things from Radisson sas and I am hugely disappointed with them. |

The location of the hotell is very beautiful and the lounge was nice and the breakfastbuffét was superb Fore a five star-hotell we found the room far to small , one could hardly move around there with 2 persons, and also much to warm at night if you do not want to use the coolingsystem . |

Allt var toppklass. Speciellt personalen i receptionen. Vi blev vänligt och entusiastiskt bemötta och det märktes att personalen ville göra sitt bästa för att göra vår vistelse på hotellet och i Stockholm så bra som möjligt. Nej egentligen inte. Hissarna var lite små bara. |
