Location and breakfast, design. The room was really small. The smallest room that I have ever seen in my life. Not suitable for a 1,80 m tall person!

The room we had to pay to upgrade to was fine, close to city. The room they gave us was not the one I booked on the website. They gave us a cabin room which was tiny. These cabin rooms should be banned, they are a disgrace. We had to pay a extra 30 euro a night to get upgraded for a bigger room.

Staff were very helpful while at the hotel and before i arrived. They responded to emails and questions on travel around the city promptly. Very good quiet location. Our romm had bunk beds and was ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay.

This is a perfect hotel, perfect location, and perfect price. Included a very good breakfast, comfortable accommodations. There is no window, but this is a very comfortable, nice hotel. Very large bed. Internet access. Superb location: one block from Radmansgatan stop. Extremely friendly staff. Coffee and tea always available. Nice bathroom with private shower. TV in room. If you are looking for space and luxury accommodations, this might not be for you. But if you are looking for a very nice hotel at an excellent price with the basics, this is for you. The design is very Swedish and the service is impeccable. I will definitely stay here in the future: I have stayed at many hotels in Stockholm over the years and this one is a definite winner!

Dated, overpriced, no windows, room was more like a cupboard, reception staff looking more at computer screen due to complicated checking in system than facing the customer. Lack of communication.

Good location and price. Breakfast above average for the price. Subway very close. Friendly staff and quiet street. Good sound isolation and clean beds. Small rooms. Ventilation shutdown during night. Crowded breakfast area. LCD-tv had very bad view angle so you had to sit in the top bed to watch.

Rooms were Clean and modern, but no window. How can this be allowed? No window and in the cellars! This only became apparent after non-Refundable booking had been made. I have never heard of such a thing before and found it very stifling and claustrophobia-inducing.

The hotel was an easy walk to the old town, train and bus stations and other tourist sights. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. I knew the windowless room would be small - but was unprepared for how small it actually was!!

Staff is polite, breakfast on average. `Very small rooms` is a thing, but that was too much. Rooms are like train couchettes, and you really don`t know where to store your stuff or even get dressed. I would suggest something different, probably even cheaper.

The staff was great, and the fact that it had wireless access excellent. Rooms are very small but, considering being a bargain in central Stockholm, you can ignore that. The breakfast was a plus, and would be even better with some English breakfast items. The gym needs a bit of an update.

My Business Colleague and I stayed in the budget room located in the basement so no windows. Although compact it had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Paying for the room as opposed to by the number of occupants was a plus as we had a budget for our business trip to work with and this made the stay in Stockholm very affordable. The Breakfast although basic was of good quality and really all that we required. The accommodation was perfect for our business trip where all that you really need is a place to sleep and keep your luggage as we had use of our Stockholm host business office to work at.

Convenient with reasonable breakfast. Rooms soundproof as advertised. Very cramped accommodation with hardly any floorspace when a bag is on the floor. (As in many hotels in the budget rooms).
