the bathroom was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty (apart from eggs and bvegetables), the breakfast room was nicely designed, the hotel has on the whole a nice&warm atmosphere. Rex hotel is in walking distance from the town center, but is in a quiet street and nice neighbourhood. Unlike the poshly designed bathroom, the furniture of our double bed-room looked more like in a one-star hotel. The radiator didn'ty get very warm & the bed was very soft. |

I like the espresso machine in the lobby where you can get free espresso any time:). Cool black and white photos all over the walls. Breakfast was just okay, I guess because it was included. It wish there was more variety in food and better quality tea. In fact there was no simple black tea - it was all flavored. |

The hotel staff is very nice, especially the people of the reception and in particular Miss Ulrika and Matilda, extremely helpful and competent! The hotel has good quality in terms of internet and has coffee and tea machine available 24 hours at the entrance, at no cost to the customer, what seems especially well in Stockholm. I strongly recommend, it is not a five stars hotel but I have been closer of feeling like if I was at home than in many five stars hotel. Maybe the breakfast could improve a bit, but is not a bad one. |

Nice reception area, friendly staff, good standard of cleanliness, excellent position, fine breakfast The room was hot, you could not open the windows and when I opened the windows I had a close-up view of a couple eating in the dining hall (and they had an excellent view of me). |

The hotel is individual, not a cookie cutter bland 4 star effort that fails to distinguish one part of the world from another.I would have liked to know what the building was before it became a hotel. The stone stairs were interesting. The staff were pleasant and helpful, which was nice after traveling for more than 24 hours. The room (302) was a little small. |
