It was well located and the staff were nice. It was a bit shabby and one morning there was no hot water in the whole building. |

Good hotel located into the old town, close to nice restaurants, shopping area and historical points of interest, but also train station and boat lines. Large choice for breakfast of fresh food and drinks. Staff attentive towards guests. Small bath room but very clean and functional! |

The location in a quiet corner of Gamla Stan is perfect for a stay in Stockholm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also only very nice. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel. |

Great value for money. We paid only 40 euros more than we would have paid in a private hostel room (shared bathroom, no breakfast) and got a huge beautifully designed room with a living area at Rica Gamla Stan...and of course the breakfast is out of this world! |

The breakfasts - especially the Swedish deli offerings! Very limited storage space in rooms - this would be a real problem for anything more than a 2 night stay. |

good food, nice coffee corner. it's a nice hotel. the room was just a bit too small. about 30cm between the foot-end of the bed and the wall. |

The excellent position and the great breakfast, even if the coffee room is too small for the people staying there. The bathrooms are beautiful and hot water really hot! The single rooms are really very small; the accomodation booked was not respected at our arrival (a double room not available without any notice!) |
