The hotel is closed to the central train station. It locates in a walking distance. The location is not that great however it is not far from main station then I can easily walk to the station before to to other places. It is closed to a stadium..not sure what is the stadium for..The breakfast is decent. Staff are good and willing to help The room and bed is fairly small...but it is good enough for me... |

Very good. The brekfast was excellent! Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. LOcation is very good. Parking was poor and caused some trouble. |

Front side rooms overlook Central Station train tracks. Trains run from 4:30 am to 12:30 pm and allow no sleep if you have a room in the front of the hotel. Sun shines in the front room, making it unbearably hot with windows closed. Currently, the hotel front is also under construction with no available parking or walking area. Once moved to a back room, the noise level decreased and could have windows open. Breakfast was great! No wireless and insecure hotel internet. Staff was helpful to the best of their ability. When no back rooms were available, there were no options to move room. Small room was standard. On Central Station train tracks. Room was extremely hot when sun shines in windows (front of hotel room). One elevator. |

I stayed one night for a bit of sight seeing. Buffet breakfast was very good with some hot food aswell as the normal cold selection. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was a little on the small side but you get what you pay for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. The room was a little cold and there was no way to adjust that but once under the covers it was fine. |

Arriving at 1300 we along with others were recieved warmly and checked in without delay. We are so used to being told at this time you are too early at other Hotels,its a good start. The breakfast buffet is very good, one of the best we have seen. Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpfull. |

The proximity to the main train station and the excellent, quality breakfast. We were impressed by the choice. The bathroom perhaps could be updated, would have preferred a more modern shower with shower door/screen instead of a shower curtain. Somewhere to leave toiletries, etc (e.g. a unit or counter top) would have been welcome too. |

The location is very good, train and bus station very near, the bus station serves both Gothenburg airports direct so no matter what form of transport you arrive by the location is great. Staff friendly, rooms ok, breakfast good. Very close to train station, train noise can be a problem if you are looking for a sleep in. |

Very close to central station, less than 10 minutes walk, twin room was very spacious and perfect for 2 people traveling for business. Bathroom was spotless, large & light. Breakfast was good, staff polite |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the begining to the end. I was very impressed. The breakfast was way better than I was expecting and I wished I was staying longer. I have passed on the details of the Rica Hotel to the Boat Builder on Orust that was visiting. |

The breakfast was good and the location. I have orderded single room with extra bed for 2 people. All I got was a singel room about 8 sq/. Meters. No extra bed. After long negotiations we got the camping bed!!! Not to mention the back pain we both got, the whoel weekend was as good as ruined. Besides they have overcharged us for the stay. |
