Willing but untrained staff

Hard beds. Several mishaps. Next to rail line.

The breakfast buffet was particularly nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was good value for money especially considering the location. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a generous size with a walk in shower. I was very happy to find that there was a real hairdryer in the bathroom.

The best hotel of my trip, the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to assist with sights and how to get there. Breakfast is excellent, and the room has lots of 'extras' like shoe polish, spare laces, etc. There is a mini-bar in the room, and the Jensen bed makes a huge difference - slept well. Very close to the Central Station, so great location, but the room is well-insulated so no noise from trains. Lovely furnishings and great colour scheme.

Not much, though it would have been nice to have a kettle and bit more space for suitcase.

The staff is welcoming, kind and very helpful even when the requests are results of my own fault - like receiving my breakfast an hour later because I didn't bother to read notices about summer time or sending me the stuff I have forgotten. Despite the proximity to the railway station it is suprisingly quiet.

The staff are so friendly and helpful . The decor is so unusual and pretty . The breakfast buffet was amazing ,so much choice and beautifully displayed .everything for all tastes hot and cold. Rooms warm and comfortable with all facilities .bathroom excellent .

Nothing maybe suggest tea and coffee facility in room but always available in reception so not vital. No complaints .

The hotel entrance is pleasant and welcoming. the breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff.

The location of the Hotel on a side street behind the station and not easily reachable. The size of the room that faces a small street and a concrete wall.

I loved the warm welcome when we arrived....the coziness of the lounge area....the quirky decor....the Irish coffee 'hot chocolate' version (which was made without hesitation even though it wasn't on the menu)....the generous breakfast buffet....the relaxing music....and the lovely ambiance. I will be back for sure!

I liked everything about it!

The location - for me it was crucial to be near the Central station. Breakfast was good.

That the main light switch was only at the head of the bed, makes difficult to put the lights out.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had included with a stay in any hotel. The hotel is very cosy and inviting.

The dinner was not as good as I had hoped based on the incredible breakfast. It wasn't bad, just not the same level as the breakfast. The evening I stayed they seemed short staffed. I would still stay here again if i return.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is enormous, free, and delicious, the rooms are small and cozy.

Trying to eat dinner at the hotel is tough when the same person is running the reception desk and the restaurant. The location is central to the train station and near the shopping, but if you're looking to be in a less touristy location I'd go elsewhere.

Got early checked. The lady receptionist was very hospitable.

Room was not too bad

-service in the resturant was terrable. -Food was terrable. Microwave heated food. -Staff had good intentions but may be lack of experience. -I am a Rica Gold member, but next time I will choose a different hotel.

Close to city center.

Very close to railway. With opened door it was very noisy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful- however there was no tv channel news in English and no newspapers or any other magazine in English (perhaps very few English spoken people stay there.....) But it was very good value for money (even considering the crazy prices of Sweden...) Ester
