Friendly helpful staff, room small but perfectly functional. Good big TV. Very quiet despite being in the middle of the shopping area. Good range of food for breakfast. Was woken up in the morning by the sound of drilling. Very quite otherwise. |

Location and breakfast No windows in the room. For the price that I paid, this was too bad. |

We enjoyed the location. It was easy to reach transportation to all the sights of Stockholm, and there was a lot to do within walking distance. We could not tolerate the windowless room, although it was well decorated and appointed. |

The breakfast was really good. The booking information said that there was suppose to be a discount at Centralbadet which the staff did not know about. Unfortunately it was not valid anymore. |

Very centrally located, breakfast was excellent! It was not mentioned at our booking that this was for a room with no window. This was mentioned on other offers in the search though. For me this was not an adequate and fair description for a 4 star hotel. Also - at least in our room - you could hear the vacuum pump system (for the environmental friendly vacuum pump system in the toilets) till 12 at night and starting again from 6:30 in the morning. Also this is to my opinion not standard for a 4 star hotel. |

The staff, his kindness, and the breakfast. The furniture of the room was comfortable all in all, but not suited to the price I payed, nor to the category of the hotel. The inner organisation of the room, furniture etc., is apparently good, but not functional. Notwithstanding the indication given in my reservation (comments: there is a 2 year old children) the data did not result in the document at disposal of the staff. The first room was without windows, which was not specified in the reservation data, and only by paying 100 euros more I obtained a room with a window. Therewas no wardrobe in the room, which for a 5 days stay is not comfortable. The shower room was spartan. In 5 days the material for preparing tea and coffee in the room was not renewed. I found no laundry bag in the room itself. Such details make the room not worth of 200 euros per night. |

Clean, modern style hotel with friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is excellent although breakfast room was very busy between 8 & 9 am. 1) Breakfast room could be a bit larger. 2) My bed mattress was a bit soft for my comfort, and I would have preferred a firmer one giving more support. |

Wide choice during breakfast and ability to take your breakfast packed if you're checking-out really early. Have a cam monitored and secure "leave your baggage" room for early arrivals. Near bus/tram/metro/trains station. Located between two "shoping" streets. It was not said in hotel reservation that room will not contain windows (although all other hotels had a note), but it is OK if you're just sleeping in your room. Rooms has very noisy toilets. Reception is at 4th floor. During out visit they had maintenance of their systems and nothing was possible, i.e. no rooms change, no wireless, no details check, completely nothing. Room service completely ignored "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. Shower did not had doors that separate it from toilet. |

excellent location (if you want to be close to the city centre and central station), hotel staff were very friendly, very good breakfast although it's said the hotel was renovated but it didn't look that way. the bathroom service was pretty ordinary, tiolet flash was very noisy |

The bath facilities look obsolete and unimpressive. Should be renovated. Breakfast wished to be better and more organized. |

The beds were outstanding, very comfortable. Did not like the lack of storage space for clothes and lacked a closet. I also bumped into the wall mounted tv too many times. |

Excellent location, very clean and rooms were nicely decorated, stuff was professional, breakfast good. Definitely recommended for anybody who wants to stay in the city central. Huge amount of restaurants and pubs all over. It was a bit pricey (I had single room and payed about 170 euros for a night) but this is unfortunately quite typical in Scandinavia. |

Perfect location, fantastic breakfast A little bit tiny room for 3 people. Not possible to open the window - essential for those who hates air-conditioning. |

The location is very convenient and easy to get everywhere. The breakfast is very good. The only pity is the room is inside the building with no windows. But it is fair for the rate one pays. |

Breakfast was excellent! The hotel is located nearby the lovely Hötorget (market), Gamla Stan (the old town) and has busses and trams nearby. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood during the evening and night. |

Great central location and a real "set-up-for-the-day" buffet breakfast to cater for all European tastes. Polite staff, good quality furnishings and excellent cleanliness. Twin rooms a tad small but they're there to be slept and changed in, not to host a dinner party so a very minor point. |
