Excellent location, very clean and rooms were nicely decorated, stuff was professional, breakfast good. Definitely recommended for anybody who wants to stay in the city central. Huge amount of restaurants and pubs all over. It was a bit pricey (I had single room and payed about 170 euros for a night) but this is unfortunately quite typical in Scandinavia. |

The location is very convenient and easy to get everywhere. The breakfast is very good. The only pity is the room is inside the building with no windows. But it is fair for the rate one pays. |

Breakfast was excellent! The hotel is located nearby the lovely Hötorget (market), Gamla Stan (the old town) and has busses and trams nearby. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood during the evening and night. |

Great central location and a real "set-up-for-the-day" buffet breakfast to cater for all European tastes. Polite staff, good quality furnishings and excellent cleanliness. Twin rooms a tad small but they're there to be slept and changed in, not to host a dinner party so a very minor point. |

Good location, easy to go anywhere in the city. Good facilities in the room and ice machine in the floor, that's good ! Small room, lobby is in the 4th floor, and there are always some strange people at night. |

Excellent location right in the city centre, close to central station, shops and short walk to the old town. The toilet flush is 'airplane type', which makes a lot of noise. Sometimes you can hear the neighbour's toilet at night... |

From air duct, I heard unignorable noise. And when I was eating breakfast, my dishes were gone during taking another plate. Of course I showed the sign to use knife and folk "I'm eating". |

The receptionist didn't find my reservation when i arrived to the hotel, i had to wait one hour, went to print again my reservation and then he said that booking.com didn't sent to them any information. The staff isn't friendly at all. |

Absolutely everything. i don't believe it is possible to get anytthing more central than this hotel! It is in the middle of town and very quick and easy access from the central station. The room was excellent value for money, the breakfast had a wide selection of breads and meats. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful 24 hours round. I requested a room with a view and got a fantastic one! |

Good location. Free wi-fi(real good connection). Great breakfast. Some troubles with payment. First they debit the ammount more that it's in reservation. Then they have some troubles with terminal. Very strange elevator. Always stopped on the 4th floor even if you have a guest card. Construction in the hotel during our stay. Anyway will stay this hotel again. |
