We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was large, wide selection of choices and clean. We enjoyed to location close to shopping, transportation, restaurants and tourist sites.

The single beds were small and were not good for married couples or romance

Clean , efficient, friendly staff. excellent location. good breakfast and good value for money.

The only drawback is that there are only 2 lifts which can get crowded . I was only one floor up from the reception so had no problem using the stairs most of the time.

The location in the centre of Stockholm is superb. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the Central Station.

The staff stayed in the reception and was basically uninterested in the people sitting at the tables in the bar. They didn’t take any orders at the table and they didn’t bring the drinks to the table. We sat in the bar for a couple of hours and we had to go up to the front desk and order as well as bringing the drinks back to the table.

Tiny bed and tiny room. Front desk staff did not know that the biat museum was closed and we were provided with incorrect information about the hop on hop off bus service

Well located in the center of Stockholm and public transport close by for travelling to work etc. Friendly hotel.

Fantastic location! Shopping area and a lot of restaurants is just outside the door and the central station is just a few minutes' walk away. Quite spacious for a single room and with a very nice view. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices!

The staff could be just a little bit more service minded and smiling. A bit noisy and unorganized seating during breakfast.

Nobody told us that we could have 10% discount when shopping in the pub. Nobody told us that in order to get discount on our car parking we should take a ticket instead of using our credit card.

The location. Central and right next the great pedestrian shopping street.

There is only one drain in the bathroom where the shower is and it's level with the floor. Drain did not work and I effectively flooded my entire room as the water had dripped into the main room.

Located conveniently at city centre sharing the same building with a major department store. Only 10 minuyes walk from railway station where airport bus terminus is located. Great environment setup and choices of food for breakfast. Guest room, though smaller in size, is well and neatly designed with a modern touch.

The hotel was situated in a perfect location. Easy to find. The breakfast offer was fantastic, lots to choose from, l however other refreshment offers/ services were not so great. The reception team were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a double room. We were surprised to see two singles put together. The beds separated during the night and therefore sharing a bed with your husband with two single beds was not great. If the hotel wish to put two singles together then some sort of clamping mechanism should be in place. Very disappointed as we thought we were getting a double bed. And its expensive! We didn't have windows either (although we did know this at the time of booking) so I think £206 for two nights in two single beds when expecting a double was a but much. No kettle or mugs either in the room like other hotels have. Also left guide book in hotel but have not been contacted by the hotel :-(

Location is very good，convenient to railway station，to old city，to city hall and shopping. The room is clean and modern-designed. Breakfast is exellent，so many kinds of choices，warm breakfast.

The room is too complicated located，I nearly never got the right way directly to the room.

Noisy toilet system (can hear every room within vicinity), no windows, noisy guests, expensive relative to overall quality of experience (Backpackers hostel may provide a better nights sleep)
