Room was quiet and dark. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location near both station and centrum. Room was small. This in itself was OK, but there was not enough storage space and no drawers. |

The location is fabulous. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. And we got a very good rate for a weekend stay. Highly recommended. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to the central station. Next to a nice square full of cafes and restaurants. I stayed in a double room which was spacious. The building is old and has character on the outside but inside it is modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. |

very central - convenient - everything is near, food, central station, very clean hotel which is important for a stay no a/c and extremely small the single room but it's ok if not to use the room many hours |

Everything. Staff were fantastic. Very well organised. Breakfast was the best we've had. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Malmo. |

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. The "God Morgon Breakfast" was fantastic. It was overall very good value for money, especially in a pretty expensive town like Malmo. The sauna was very nice, although the "gym" wasn't much more than a few static bikes and fit balls - but this is more than most hotels would provide. There was not air conditioning and it did get rather hot in the room at nights, even with the small fan we were provided. However, apparently there is only one hotel in Malmo with air conditioning and I'm guessing the 90% of the time when it's not as hot it wouldn't be an issue. |

The Rica Hotel Is a great value, with an excellent breakfast and free WiFi included in the room rate. It is located on the main square of town, directly across from the city hall, within walking distance of the train station, numerous bars and restaurants, and the various sightseeing attractions. |

Hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, a short 5 min walk to the train station, and the breakfast is great! Very quiet rooms if not facing the Lilla Torg, and insulation between rooms and floors is good. You cannot hear people in the next room or above/below. Beds were comfortable Booked a Superior single room for two persons, which was unexpectedly small, but a good value if you don't plan on spending much time in the room. Don't expect much space between the bed and the four walls of the room. As mentioned in other reviews, water can leak onto the bathroom floor if not careful when taking a shower. |

Quiet place in the middle of the city, neighbourhood of beautifull parks and sea, easy accessibility of Copenhagen/Denmark The facility is not worth four stars, maybe usual in Sweden |

The hotel was in a very central location within about 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to restaurants and bars. The room was modern and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The design of the shower meant that when you opened the shower screen the water would flood onto the bathroom floor. |

The service was sharp and the hotel is really clean and in a great location, a few steps away from pedestrian area with restaurants and coffee shops. I have found the room very comfortable and the buffet breakfast excellent. No, nothing -- the only thing was that at night the room was a bit cold and I didn't know how to adjust the temperature of the room. |

Quiet, clean & comfortable. I have a dietary requirement & need Gluten Free food. This was catered for @ breakfast upon request. The breakfast in general was superb.Location of hotel in the city centre is perfect Coffee making facilities in the room would be useful instead of having to go to reception for a coffee. |

The centrally located StayAt Hotel Malmö Kaptensgatan is close to excellent shopping. Nosh Nibble & Cush is a popular restaurant and bar located in the hotel building. |
