Perfect location in the heart of Oslo. The breakfast buffet is good. Our first night, we had a room with a queen bed which was very small... so small a baby cot did not fit. As the hotel was full the staff could not give us another room. The hotel claims it is 4 stars but it does not feel like it. In the end, I thought it was expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is in the centre and close to shopping, the old town and it was even very quiet. I think we had to pay a lot for a small room with a Queen size bed. |

The hotel was less than a 10-min. Walking distance from the main train station and a good setting-off point for the sights. The breakfast buffet was very generous with real espresso machines. The room was very small. Tv didn't work. Bed too soft. Currently the back side of the hotel is being painted so scaffolding covered the entire facade. Luckily we stayed over the weekend so no work was being done, hence no noise, although in the evening it was noisy if one opened the windows. |

Good breakfast, friendly staff, central location, good ventilation system in the room. I had a room facing the street, and it was rather noisy. But luckily, the ventilation system functioned well, so it was OK to sleep with the window closed. |

The breakfast buffet in the glass covered inner court was of very good quality, the central location of the hotel makes it ideal for shoppers and city sightseeing tourists, as well as for business travelers. The safe was not usable as it is located in a poor access area, not facing the front and far too low. Access to the coat hangers was also too narrow. Air conditioning system is very noisy. |

breakfast/desayuno I have requested to have my room cleaned at five in the afternoon and they did not; I have been to many hotels and this has never happened to me before. plus, this was the only day out of the three days that I have actually asked them to clean it! |

The hotel was very clean and central to all visitor attractions. Staff were excellent. The restaurant closing early as we were not able to have dinner in the evening. |

Very close to railway station,within 10 minutes can arrive by walk, free internet access,staff are friendly&paient,good breakfast buffet.Booked a little single room with public shower and WC,although it's samll,it's very clean &comfortable. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for my purpose, centrally located and easy access to the metro. I also liked the courtyard and the fact that my room overlooked it. Though my room was small but it was well designed and did not feel cramped. The bathroom had enough room.The courtyard was also great for breakfast. Though my bedsheet was clean it had tiny holes in it. I expected more english speaking channels on TV. |

Good service, staff is very friendly. free internet. La time we stay there we have a very nice room. 213. There was no instant coffe there!! Not the first or the second day!!! No cake at the balcony breakfast, I ask one of the staff, but she said it was finished. When we go down to the other salon there where plenty of cakes. |

I have been staying almost all the hotels in town and I have to say that this is one of the best hotels in Stockholm. Reasonable price, good location for business and pleasure, nice clean rooms even the hotel is already some years old. Taxis station is located almost next to hotel. WLAN is free! |
