Rica Hotel Stockholm    

The breakfast was good.

The location is ideal for shopping and enjoying good restaurants. Easy to find and near the airport train. I can recommend for city travellers. Breakfast was delicious.

The logistics in the breakfast restaurant did not work well. There was only one coffee machine which meant queues and dirty dishes were not cleared often enough.

Had it all. Bed was perfect. Quite surroundings. Not the best view though. Also small things appreciated like shoe bracket :) In the middle on the Hötorget where morning market are a scenery for the eye, thoug not disturbing as it is a few meters away.

The hotel was bright and inviting. Located in the shopping area of town, very close to the metro. I found it convenient and the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful.

There was nothing I did not like.

Very good location (5 minutes from Central Train & Bus station), 15 minutes walking to old town. Good options for breakfast.

It was convenient to everywhere (a 5 min walk from Stockholm Central Station) and the staff were very friendly. It was also nice that breakfast time was extended until 12 noon at weekends for lazy teens.

I had no real issue with the compact nature of the rooms but given the rooms were small it was a bit on the pricey side.

The location couldnt have been better. You can walk to almost everywhere in the center within 30min walk. Clean hotel, good really good service and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

The softest of all mattrasses made my back ache for some days. Perhaps this can be remedied before my next stay?

Beds were good, room ok. Location is great, exiting the hotel brings you straight inot the shopping centre of Stockholm.

Breakfast and lunch are very limited and not of high quality! ALthough there are a lot of positives mentioned on internet, this buffet is terrible. Compared to eg the Radisson Waterfront the buffet is a disaster. Rooms are very noisy, all sounds from corridor and adjacent rooms come through. Noise from outside is kept out well. Airco not very effective. The hotel is ok, locataion is great, but for this money the Sergel Plaza andothers offer more comfort and quietness.

Staff were friendly and welling to extend assistance at any time you ask for help. Also, location is good.

It cannot be considered as luxury Hotel . It does the needful

At the time we where there some refurbishment was ongoing. So it could maybe make a difference, but on week days breakfast room was so crowded at 7am :( Otherwise when normal conditions the buffet is so rich and tasty!

The size of the room, dimensions are short to make it comfortable and it is difficult when you have you suitcase opened or when you are two people there. Tv didn't channels are limited to few swedish options and the image quality is really poor.

As a first time visitor to Sweden the hotel staff was very helpful to make suggestions and explain the culture. I will return and stay at this hotel chain again.

we had a problem to find this hotel in a darkness because there were no lights or other indication showing this. Only very modest signboard invisible in night while all other buildings were illuminated very much.
