ロケーションが良く、ストックホルムの街中にある。買い物、市内観光には良い場所です。ホテルの内装は、標- 準的で清潔な印象です。朝食をとる場所が、吹き抜けになっていて、きれいでした。ホテルスタッフの対応も良- いです。 午前中チェックアウトの時間は、レセプションがとてもこんでいました。スタッフの数が少ないので時間がかか- ります。３時までには部屋が作れるとスタッフに言われましたが、部屋の清掃のため夕方５時前に部屋に入りま- した。フロント、ロビーの印象は、狭いためか騒がしい感じです。 |

部屋がとても狭い。 インターネットにアクセスできないことが多くて困った。バスタブありの部屋を予約したのに、バスタブなしの- 部屋だった。 |

立地、サービスもよく、朝食も立派なもので総じて快適なホテルでした。フロントの方の対応も親切で、こちら- の質問に対しても誠意を持って調べ、回答してくれたので旅をする中で大変安心感があった。 |

Rica Hotel has the most comfortable beds and duvets I have experienced in my travels.Breakfast was very nice too! The room was a little small but the space well used. |

Warm welcome and manner of receptionists. Location extremely close to Konserthuset and close enough to City Terminalen. Wonderful breakfasts. Good bathroom design. Quiet street. Pleasant guests. Arriving 9 pm, nothing to eat but not-very-new cakes. Of course I could have gone out... Slight annoyance when hotel sign at the back took me away from entrance on Slöjdgatan. |

I liked very much the breckfast, there was everything to eat. The room was confortable. I didn't like that paying by credit card they decide the change euro-koron making you pay more respected the reservation. I think we should pay only in koron, then will be the bank to contract the change. i knew soon how much i paid in euro and i paid more then i should have paid. |

I liked the cosiness of the hotel, the service by the staff, and the location, and the restaurant. The price was, though, extremely high compared to similar hotels elsewhere across Europe. |

I stayed in a single room that was designed for one person. I was more than impressed with the comfort and efficiency. Why don't more hotels (especially in the usa) have rooms like this. The complementary breakfast was superior. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was rather small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is geared towards continental tastes, ham, cheese etc and I would have preferred more selection of cereals/fruit/yoghurt. |

Breakfast is great! Bathroom is large and good equipped. Room is clean. Airconditioning is available. Central location near the main shopping area and in walking distance to the old town. Conveniently located to the main city transport communications (buses and metro). Free internet in the room (WiFi). The elevator is working only with the key card. The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded. Too small baggage storage room. |
