Fairly good location; good breakfast; large and well equipped room. In the breakfast room dishes collector was pushing around a big cart with bucket full of dirty water on it - a very unsavoury sight, spoiling your appetite.... |

very close to the city centre, friendly staff, close to a street full of resturants, can be reached easily once you know the city, good for singles passing by, recommended for travellers staying for few nights and spend most of their time rooming outside. not appropiate for families with kids, no kids play ground or even an open hall with some ebtertainment facilities, no suitable access for children trolly, to entre the hotel you have to use stairs (definitely not suitable for handycaps), not room service facilities, always have to eat outsside except for breakfasts (hotel can't even help to make the arrangement for food to be delivered t guests rooms!), not good for people staying for long period |

Perfect location, nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Design for its own - shunting doors in the bathroom makes it very unpleasant, that you can not close yourself in the bathroom. I do not like to be seen sitting on the toilet or having shower. |

Really good beds. Lots of different fruits, warm and cold meals at breakfast. Leaving the room till 12 possible. 24h Reception Bathroom very small, just 1 person could fit in at a time. Bathtube had a black spot were the white paint was broken, but was clean. |

Central location and good breakfast I booked 2 superior double rooms (asked for quite rooms), we got 1 double room (small room with stinky bathroom) and 1 superior room, both faced to the street. The rooms were too hot and had no air condition. We could not sleep due to noisy neighbourhood (several discotheques). After complain we changed our rooms. No air condition, no restaurant (only breakfast, nothing to eat in the evening), several steps up to the hotel entrance. Bathroom/toilete with glass wall (no privacy), no hook/hanger to hang your clothes/tovels. IT IS ADVERTISED AS 4 STARS HOTEL BUT IT IS NOT. I have asked for their categorisation (I haven`t seen any at the entrance), but they don`t have any. |

The extremely friendly staff and the excellent location, close to the best shopping in Stockholm and good cafes. Our room was a bit small. Not very well isolated for sound. Breakfast was cleared away exactly 10h (end time), which means breakfast was really only until 9h40. If you came at 10 most things were already gone. |

On the day of leaving we needed breakfast at 6am and they were'nt starting till 7.45 that day. However the desk staff russled up a breakfast and were very accomodating It smelt of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking hotel! The entrance was dull and dingy and the carpet needed relacing |

Very good location for eating, shopping and business. Excellent breakfast. Steep steps up to the hotel entrance make it hazardous and difficult for many guests with prams, wheelchairs, heavy luggage (all of which I witnessed during my stay). Why don't they put in a ramp or find another solution? |
