Buenas vistas hacia el oceano.

La cama matrimonial eran dos camas singles unidas y muy incomodas para dormir. El hotel está ubicado muy lejos del aeropuerto y el coste del taxi fue un poco, bastante elevado.

I have highly appreciated the wonderful landscape, and I enjoyed the breakfast and the overall service.

I've stayed at the Grand Hotel several times and this time was neither better nor worse than the previous occasions. You have excellent location -- lakes, fresh air, perfect for walking and perfect for sleeping with fresh air that smells of the forest. The breakfast is nice. Not super-nice -- in many Stockholm hotels you will find better choice and better service -- but not bad either. It's good value for money and I was happy to get what I expected for the money I paid, I hope this hotel is in business many more years to come. NB: train connection to Stockholm is excellent.

The spa area is not impressive and surcharge to access it is ridiculous -- come on, wake up, in a modern Stockholm hotel sauna is a must, not a luxury. The rooms are nice but paint is peeling in some of the spots, as well as along the corridors, and maybe this could be helped in a year or so with a "small repairs program".One more point to improve: please print train's timetable and place it in the hotel's folder in each room. And please, start to sell train tickets at the reception -- as the machine on the platform is broken.

Really lovely hotel. Victorian charm but completely modern. Very good rooms, great views over the Baltic and Marina area. Easy access to station and getting into Stockholm. Easy and scenic walks. Plenty of car parking. Great for outdoor hiking, fishing and especially sailing / boating. My sister used the Spa and said it was great. Completely undiscovered hotel and location from a UK perpective.

No tea and coffee unless top room booked.

I loved the view from the hotel...peaceful and relaxed and the train station was outside the hotel entrance!!

There was no bar in the hotel and not many shops near the hotel to buy drinks not just alcohol but minerals too! Its very expensive to eat out! Also the hotel charge to use the pool!!

Comfort,hosptality,friendliness of staff and management,Customer service is their motto and action,great room service and cleanliness. Automatic upgrade of room without requesting it, great staff in the restaurant as well as in the kitchen.Taking the extra mile to satisfy all customer needs.

Great building with great possibilities, nice room with great seaview to the harbour and archipelago.

If you didn't come to breakfast early, quite many things were run out. As a building hotel has great potential, great possibilities, but overall it is little bit shabby. Quite many places would need tidying up and repairing. Spa was not included to the price and quite frankly, it is not worth the money (20 euros).

The location, the views and the convenience for proximity to the city

Being told on the Friday that arrived after a long flight from Asutralia that there was no room service. I was directed to Aqua restaurant which was not acceptable to me after 24 houras flying.

if you have a car this place is better than any city hotels. Comfortable, good location, big rooms

Lungt och fridfullt, trevlig atmosfär, personalen var hjälpsam, snabb och korrekt dässutom har hotellet en stor säker och gratis parkering.

Ingen restaurang öppen på söndagskvällen.

Trevlig personal, väldigt god mat! Bra frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på.

Tv:n fungerade dåligt (fixade det själv, det var antennsladden), minibaren var ej inkopplad så allt i kylen var ljummet, ena sänglampan var trasig, det fanns inga tandborstmuggar i badrummet, vid 9 tiden på morgonen var en hel del slut i frukostbuffén, det serverades ingen lunch
