The location is great, right in the middle of the best shopping area in Stockholm. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Cleaning was quite poor and there was an old sock from a previouse customer on the floor. |

Cabin room was small as expected, but perfectly adequate for the one night stay for single traveller. Very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was included in room price and was very good. |

Centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, transport network. An array of foods for breakfast, the room was cosy and well designed, an evening dj and bar area, free Wifi, comfortable place and the staff were very polite and helpful. Drinks were overpriced, but you can go and drink at one of the many bars right outside for much less. |

The breakfast and location were great! The staff was very friendly. I will recommend this hotel only for the location and staff. Towels were awfuk quality, bathing eqiupment was poor - no bathrobe, no towel for foot, no slippers, no bathing cap., no soap (just liqiud)! It is 4 star hotel and the price and service does not correspond with each other. |

very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast until 2pm at the weekend and room without window was just fine for my requirements as a single traveller for a weekend break as most time was spent outside enjoying the city eventhough they had room to upgrade they would only do so at a fee.. |

location was excellent. staff very friendly and helpful. hearty breakfast available. stayed in basement room but was roomy and comfortable enough for one person on short trip. only negative was after hours security. on my first evening coming back late to the hotel the security guard was incredibly rude and unnecessarily aggressive. the following evenings were not so bad but behaviour of security guards in general is in stark contrast to the other staff of the hotel. |

Good air in the room (lived i a smaller studio). Silent room (not too much ventilation noice which is frequent in many hotels) and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. |

Beautiful hotel in a great central area. I paid for a single room in the "dungeon" basement level and it was actually very nice. Modern decor and clean room. Staff was nice and spoke great English. |

The location was perfect. I reached everywhere easily and the restaurants at the Stureplan were nice enough to pass the night there. I very like the breakfast buffet in the morning, there were so many things to eat and the bar at night time, drinks were not woow but they were okay and there were so many nice people. About room; my bed was extremely comfortable. There's nothing much to say. Its worth money. The air conditioner makes too much noise. |

The breakfast was very nice with good selections. The favilities wete clean and inviting. Wireless access throughout the hotel was nice. The instrtuctions for setting alarm via tv did not make clear the way to put tv on stnadby mode. At amother hotel, it stated to turn off tv with clicker not on set itself. Also not clear how to call front desk as 0 didn't do it. |
