Expensive (but hotels in Stockholm are relatively expensive) compared to the size of the room, good location in the city and it has a gym, spa and sauna though the facilities have no view in the basement.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The spa-gym area was great. We fully enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location was close to Ostermalmborg T station and convenient to get anywhere with public transportation. It was also very close to the marathon start and finish.

The bar in the park below our room played music until 2 am every night except Sunday night, so sleep was nearly impossible. I recommend ear plugs! Our kids slept through it, but my husband and I struggled to sleep. The room was way to small for a family of five.

The hotel hosted a party in the bar area, and it turned out the noise reduction of the underground level floor doors is insufficient for partygoers noise kept me up most of the night. Also, the front desk was staffed by one person only during the check-out time. Big queue.

Room downstairs, 011 was very hot and no control of temperature available. Not good for a room without window.

The lack of drying in the bathroom

I stayed at a cabin room for 7 nights, and it turned out just fine. I read quite a few reviews regarding the noise from the bar and the streets, but personally, I only heard a little noise on a Saturday night, which was still bearable for me. On the other nights, I didn't really notice any particularly loud noises. I really liked the location, close to everything. And like what a lot of people have mentioned, there's a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast, and the buffet lasts until 2 pm on weekends! It's true that it could be crowded during breakfast time on weekends, but one could still manage to find a seat without problems. It's not like you'll need to spend much time searching for one, well, at least I didn't encounter such trouble. Wifi signal was strong and stable in my room located in the basement floor.

Excellent location, right in the city centre. Quite lively hotel if you enjoy having a drink at the bar downstairs. Breakfast was also quite nice.

Wireless internet had quite low strength in my floor (5th).

I was not able to sleep well due to loud music on the ground floor in the night. One day my room was cleaned late in the evening, another day it was not cleaned at all. Each time when you want cofee or tea - you should GO to the reception and PAY for it.

We booked a Svit and It was the worst hotel experience ever for our familly. The Svit was smaller than an ordinary hotelroom on a 2 star hotel, Located on the 8 floor we could still hear the Disco Music pounding untill 3 at night so no sleep at all. There where no windows in the bedroom and there was a balcony accesible from the main room but the chairs and tables where broken so we could not use it. The floor was clean but the walls was stained and dirty. Sorry can not recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice and cozy lounge bar, great meeting place! Very nice breakfeast buffet.

The convenience of the hotel to Central Stockholm

The friendly atmosphere at front desk and the access to tha garage and the gym.

The bar sees to be some kind of meetingplace for a lots of people, and by that very noisy. There is no place to take a friend or a collegue for a drink and at the same time try to have a converstion.

STANDARD of Breakfest has really gone from good to worse!!!

The hotel is nestled in the shopping area of Stockholm, Gamla Stan is just 15 min by walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and careful, common areas are huge and very comfortable, there' s free wi-fi in all the building, even in the gym. The restaurant is quite good, basic food and good wine choice.

I booked a cabinn room, locate at floor -1.. I knew it was little but I wished not so little.. A bit pricey for what you get. May I suggest to use some table cloth for the restaurant? Dishes slip away while you try to chop a piece of meat..

The cabin room (although in the basement without windows) was surprisingly comfortable. In a good location if you're into clubbing and shopping.

I was stay in cabin room. It was small but clean and quite cozy. They offers decent breakfast. Good lactation.

You can hear the noise of music beat in the middle of night from the bar at the ground floor. It can be quite disturbing when you trying to get sleep.

Too noice, the windows are not good enough against the noice even if we were at 6 th floor.

Perfect location, excellent value for money

Best location! I stayed no windows room, that is OK for cost performance. I was also able to rent a pot usually installed in Japanese hotel! At breakfast grilled tomato and weekend special pancake were delicious.

A ventilation system of this room was so strong. And also water flow of sink was hard! I could hear DJ sound on the first floor.
