breakfast offer wider than your average typical continental breakfast!

During peak breakfast hours ground floor gets overcrowded.

Excellent location, right in the city centre. Quite lively hotel if you enjoy having a drink at the bar downstairs. Breakfast was also quite nice.

Wireless internet had quite low strength in my floor (5th).

Too much noise coming from the street.

I was not able to sleep well due to loud music on the ground floor in the night. One day my room was cleaned late in the evening, another day it was not cleaned at all. Each time when you want cofee or tea - you should GO to the reception and PAY for it.

We booked a Svit and It was the worst hotel experience ever for our familly. The Svit was smaller than an ordinary hotelroom on a 2 star hotel, Located on the 8 floor we could still hear the Disco Music pounding untill 3 at night so no sleep at all. There where no windows in the bedroom and there was a balcony accesible from the main room but the chairs and tables where broken so we could not use it. The floor was clean but the walls was stained and dirty. Sorry can not recommend this hotel to others.

The friendly atmosphere at front desk and the access to tha garage and the gym.

The bar sees to be some kind of meetingplace for a lots of people, and by that very noisy. There is no place to take a friend or a collegue for a drink and at the same time try to have a converstion.

STANDARD of Breakfest has really gone from good to worse!!!

The hotel is nestled in the shopping area of Stockholm, Gamla Stan is just 15 min by walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and careful, common areas are huge and very comfortable, there' s free wi-fi in all the building, even in the gym. The restaurant is quite good, basic food and good wine choice.

I booked a cabinn room, locate at floor -1.. I knew it was little but I wished not so little.. A bit pricey for what you get. May I suggest to use some table cloth for the restaurant? Dishes slip away while you try to chop a piece of meat..

There are not enough lifts.

The cabin room (although in the basement without windows) was surprisingly comfortable. In a good location if you're into clubbing and shopping.

I was stay in cabin room. It was small but clean and quite cozy. They offers decent breakfast. Good lactation.

You can hear the noise of music beat in the middle of night from the bar at the ground floor. It can be quite disturbing when you trying to get sleep.

Too noice, the windows are not good enough against the noice even if we were at 6 th floor.

Perfect location, excellent value for money

Best location! I stayed no windows room, that is OK for cost performance. I was also able to rent a pot usually installed in Japanese hotel! At breakfast grilled tomato and weekend special pancake were delicious.

A ventilation system of this room was so strong. And also water flow of sink was hard! I could hear DJ sound on the first floor.

Location is goods.

The room temperature is little cold. And ligthts are a little dark.

Reception staff give a wrong message for taxi price to airport.

The breakfast was the best and set us up for the day with a lot of variety, healthy food, and open until 2pm! Energetic atmosphere with families and young people combined. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Information about tourist sites, city info, and what to do was a bit lacking. Stockholm cards for family was a waste of money. Should have been told about free museums and free entry for kids. Was told that archipelago tour was a waste of time, but should have done it. They need a permanent concierge for local information.

Even for a cabin-like room the experience was great. Small but extremely comfortable, clean and furnished. Staff is friendly and gave indication about touring the city and metro services. Breakfast is complete beyond any expectation. Roof with bar and a nice view of skyline. Location itself is gorgeous, close to metro and within walk range to city center.

While my opinion could be coloured by the fact that I am used to Asian/Middle Eastern hotels where service and, more importantly, the attitude towards guests is top-class, this hotel ranks very poorly only because of the attitude of the staff. When we checked in, the staff could not find my other booking - I had booked two rooms - despite giving her the printout of the two bookings. She managed to find the booking finally. After checking in, I tried to make a local call but was not sure of what codes to dial (since the number I had was meant for international dialing I was not sure what code I should be using). I asked the lady at the reception twice as to how do I make local calls but did not get much help. Finally I went down to the bar downstairs and the staff there showed me how to dial. I came back to the room and tried dialing but could not get through again. So I called the reception again and enquired whether they had released outward dialing on their system. I was just told to dial again and when I did, I managed to get through immediately. Obviously she had not unlocked external calls. Next morning we were to take a short, guided tour but the tour operator made a mistake and did not report at the hotel. After a long struggle I managed to contact the tour operator again and they promised to send someone at the reception. I requested the receptionist to let us know if someone calls since we were waiting at the reception and not in our rooms. The response from the reception was just a shrug and a comment that we are very busy and we will try and let you know. When I did not get any response for half an hour, I enquired at the reception again and was informed that oh yes, someone called for you and left a message that they will be at the hotel after one hour! Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel every again or recommend this to any of my friends

Excellent location for sightseeing and exploring the city. Great breakfast. Very clean.

Bed a little too soft for my liking. Lifts were slow but not a major consideration.
