The service was great. 1. The address is unclear and navigation device directs to another hotel first, then you ask from there and they direct you to Scandic Brommma hotel. As I understood this in not only the case for me but often people end up in wrong place. 2. while booking with booking.com, I was told that there is free parking included in the price. In reality, I was told there is no parking place available at hotel´s parking area so I had to find a place outside.

- The breakfast was very good, more than I expected. - the Brommaplan station is just around the corner, so it's very easy and fast to go to the center. - I've found a little cockroach in the bathroom; - the room smells horribly; - very hard to find anyone at the reception! - It was too hot inside the room at night.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Luktade illa av avlopp i korridoren. Rummen upplevdes inte fräscha, äcklig heltäckningsmatta. Fanns en lukt av cigarettrök i rummet.

Det var enorm skillnad på priset när man bokar via er. Minst 500kr extra för en natt. oacceptabelt kommer inte att boka boende via er igen.

Receptionens personal, mycket serviceinriktade. Booking.com hade bokat in en natt för mycket, men det lyckades personalen på Scandic Bromma ordna utan att jag behövde leta upp en dator och boka om. För få p-platser. Plus ert misstag att boka in en natt för mycket, men det var ju inte hotellets fel.
