Breakfast ok. But the orange juice was "water damaged".

Mould in the bath room. Very worn and shabby bath room, indeed in need of refurbishing. The room was poorly equipped with respect to the bed and towels. We paid for and expected a room for two persons. This was hardly the case. I filed a complaint almost two weeks ago. Guess what - no reply yet, maybe they are busy refurbishing.

The parking costs. The price that according to the home page was for 24 hours only covered the night. Extra had to be paid for the following day.

good location, clean but basic room facilities

Location is on the embankment and in 5 minutes walking to the city center. We lived on top floor and had a balcony with small table and two chairs and baeutiful view.

Minibar is absent. Fan in bathroom has very slow flow, so be patient or start to wash your hair earlier. Water from shower drops down directly to the floor so expect a local flood in bathroom. Light can be switched off in two ways: or everything by one switch, or one lamp by one.

The room was very nice. Not far to walk to sight see. The breakfast was always good.

Our room was not cleaned one day and had to call for towels. The floors were not swept cups were not picked up. The shower could of used a squeegy to mop water as there was water every where. We had no towel mat as well. I feel that the price we paid and then then the price was jacked up the second night should not happen.

Läget med närhet till både Drottningtorget och Centralstation.

Hotellet börjar bli lite slitet.

hyggelig personale, god frokost, stille om natten fordi vi hadde rom på baksiden. meget sentralt i forhold til sentralbanest,

Vi fick checka ut 1h senare. Ett stort plus!

Alldeles för dyr hotellparkering.

Dålig handdukstork som inte torkade handdukarna till nästa morgon/kväll.

opberg mogelijkheden in de kamer. hotel is niet ingericht voor mensen die meer dan een nacht er willen verblijven.

Bra bemötande och helt OK i de flesta avseenden

Rummet var mycket dåligt städat vid ankomst: Flytande bajs i toaletten. Slut på duschshampo (tom behållare på golvet i duschensom ej byttes trots två dygns vistelse), Odiskade glas med tandkrämsrester i, Synliga dammtussar under skrivbordet och även under sängen...

Otrevlig receptionspersonal.

Internet fungerade inte.

Bra läge, bra frukost.

Lite slitna rum men ok. Tjock-tv.
