“ Stayed her for two nights to do sightseeing and pick up a new Volvo. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Three elevators so not much waiting. Breakfast Buffet was extremely generous and good. Our room was very small and needs to be painted, etc (in need of a remodel). ”

Stayed her for two nights to do sightseeing and pick up a new Volvo. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Three elevators so not much waiting. Breakfast Buffet was extremely generous and good. Our room was very small and needs to be painted, etc (in need of a remodel). Bed was comfortable & bathroom was fine with a shower & hairdryer. Hotel is connected to a large shopping mall that is accessable without going outside if the weather is bad. The mall has a lot of good restaurants & shops.

Location. Right next to a huge mall. Main sights were not too far either. Liseberg amusement park is a five minute drive. Incase, you arrive late (beyond 11pm), there is a 24hr McDonalds in the mall next to the hotel.

Very professional which you expect from a large hotel chain Very clean, tidy, rooms are nice and comfortable Great location dead set centre of the Gothenburg Free parking is always nice! Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice and quality.

När jag kom var inte bokningen som gjordes på booking.com registrerad. Jag fick vidarebefordra ett mail där jag fått svar från receptionen när frukosten skulle serveras för att få ett rum. En person svimmade intill poolen och jag fick ta hissen ner till receptionen för att få tag i personal. Det vore bra med ett telefonnummer till receptionen uppe vid relaxen, alt en telefon.

Bra 4 stjerners hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Egen parkering. Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen og baren. Personalet i frokostsalen rydder bort tallerken med mat før en er ferdig å spise.
