I would recommend the hotel if only for the location and breakfast. Location was excellent for the kids - right next to Skansen, the amusement park, and a couple other museums. Breakfast was excellent, with so many healthy and tasty options for the kids.

Room felt a little cramped, but not too bad. On-site parking in the garage was 225 SEK/day (~$35), even with the hotel rate. I guess I'm still in shock for how expensive everything is in Scandinavia. The "play room" for the kids mentioned in the other reviews is just a small room with a TV playing a kid's movie on loop and a few toys, but better than nothing I guess. No toiletries in the bathroom that you would expect at this price point.

night reception not so friendly we were told reception and room service had closed and that we couldn't stay in the seating area after 2.00 am because the hotel cleaners would be starting. Never been to a hotel that told me I had to be in my room by a certain time before.

Cosy rooms, friendly staff, perfect location, tasty and full breakfast. Our demand concerning the location of rooms in the hotel was accurately performed. Picturesque surroundings, good opportunity for jogging and stroll. Due to location near Skansen the hotel occupied mostly with families with children.

Room was nice, price reasonable, breakfast marvellous, staff very friendly.

I am sorry that children older than 13 cannot stay in the family room. I am a single mother with three children, oldest 16 and youngest 10. The middle one will turn 14 in a few weeks and then we will have to book two separate rooms which I unfortunately will not be able to afford. So this was our last stay :(

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The room was adequate. It was peaceful and quiet except for Saturday night. The breakfasts were superb in a beautiful, candlelit room. The beds were very comfortable.

The room had no facility for the storage of clothes and no safe to leave valuables. There were only 2 containers of lux soap, nothing else in the way of toiletries. One of them was impossible to reach if you had a bath. On the second day, out towels were not changed and were left screwed up in the bath, even though the staff had been in to make the beds etc. There was no bath mat. It was located in a very good place but we paid a lot for this hotel and found it to be of a very basic standard.

Bra Hotell med bra service. Perfekt läge på Djurgården.

отличное местопложение для путешествия с детьми - до всего рукой подать. в отеле приобрели стокгольмскую карту и бед не знали. старое здание с историей (это же может быть его недостатком)

номера очень скромные как по размерам, так и по оснащению. к части номеров не возможно попасть на лифте, поэтому чемоданы тащили вверх и вниз на себе.

Läget på Djurgården är fint

Uruselt städat på rummet och då menar jag att det var dammigt och skitigt såg ut som ett barn städat! För få handdukar och tog 4 timmar innan dom orkade fixa fler !

удобное месторасположение-рядом со входом в скансен , напротив вход в парк атракционов грона лунд , 5 минут до юнибакена. через дорогу остановка водных трамвайчиков , за 5 минут можно добраться до старого города . завтраки хорошие в красивом ресторане, можно на терассе .

нет в комнате мини-бара , тапочек и комната на 2 взрослых и 2 детей очень маленькая .

Stressigt vid frukosten Tallrikar stod kvar från tidigare gäster.I upp till en halvtimme Dags och renovera rummen.

Ett utmärkt boende då vi skulle på cirkus på eftermiddagen. Det var mycket gäster men allt fungerade utmärkt och proffsig personal. Frukosten var förträfflig.

путешествовали 2 семьями (2 подруги) с детьми 6 и 7 лет. отличное расположение отеля: рядом основные детские музеи, парк скансен - музей под открытым небом, луна-парк, цирк и т.д. близкое расположение к центру: легко доехать на 7 трамвае или на пароме, или можно прогуляться пешком. есть аккуратный спа - сауна и купальня. хороший ресторан, вкусный, разнообразный завтрак. приветливое отношение персонала на рецепшн.

нерегулируемый и неотключаемый кондиционер, было холодно в номере от его работы, боялись, чтобы дети не простудились. на рецепшн почему-то не могли найти нашу бронь в booking, хорошо, что были свободные номера, поэтому все было ок. на фото кажется, что семейный номер должен быть больше по площади, чем реальный, который выдается при заселении. но т.к. мы были в отеле только 1 ночь, то это не сказалось отрицательно на нашем пребывании в Scandic. отсутствуют халаты, тапочки. имеется только большой флакон с шампунем\ гелем для душа на стене и у раковины. нет кондиционера для волос, лосьона для тела, что в 4* отеле должно присутствовать. мебель в номере старовата, но расположение отеля и вкусный завтрак все эти минусы окупают.

тихий спокойный отель. нет суеты. хороший чуткий персонал.

мизерные маленькие неуютные номера. хорошо нам удалось поменять 2 стандарта на один семейный. нет бассейна. маленькие купипели в сауне. стокгольм совсем не безопасный город-на платном паркинге нам разбили стекло у арендованной в херце машине и украли 4 огромных чемодана и даже детские рюкзачки-полиция на такие инциденты даже не выезжает, пришлось самим мотаться везде. также не понравился подход херца которые сказали несмотря на фул иншуранс что это наши проблемы и даже не факт что это страховой случай. пришлось самим гнать битую всю в стекле машину к ним в представительство в арланду. полиция вялая и бездействующая после визита к ним они даже не выехали на место и не завели дело-просто дали справку для страховой с улыбкой. полуостров на котором находится отель совсем не безопасный-будьте бдительны!!!
