Clean, fast wi-fi, view at the city, close to the train station, calm and quiet, good soundproofing.

Necessity to reinsert password each time it is necessary to connect to wi-fi, nothing remarkable except the price, however nothing bad to say about.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one was by far the worst value for money. The double room I booked was more than 2 blocks away, with no facilities there. I was moved into a single room in the main building and it could not be more than 8 square metres. I could clearly hear next door's TV. The lift is very old and extremely slow. There was a shortage of tables at the breakfast area.

The beds were good. Teh staff was good. The location is good.

Breakfast...too many guests on weekend for the staff to fully keep up with the rush. I HATE the "scrambled" eggs!

The hotel was in a good position for sightseeing. The services were efficient and the rooms clean.

The dining area was efficient but a little crowded at breakfasty time.

No parking place. Parking near to hotel is expensive (around 50 euro/day). Small room - just for sleeping.

I booked double room...double bed not twin small beds. Had I known this I would have booked single room where bed is bigger. I did ask soon after check-in as to why I was allocated twin room. They said they had no knowledge of my request upon booking ?? They said they would try and change my room but never did. I was very disappointed and found the single bed too small. I am 6ft 1 inch. I did actually book 2 rooms. The other a single room for my friend. For the money I spent I would have expected my room to be changed to a double. Or at the very least been charged for a single.

location, staff, free bike rental, good WIFI Internet. The bed was very comfortable.

In general I liked it a lot; the room with its view, the lobby, staff and breakfast and breakfast staff. I also liked their use of textiles here and there - as wall hangings and curtains, lampshades and colours.

Great location. Easy to get around and not far from the train station. breakfast was very good. Room clean and adequate. Desk clerks were very friendly and professional.

It was very cumbersome getting to the room. Had to use 2 elevators and worried about a quick escape route in case of fire.

Central location (2 metro-stations from Central Station)-Drottninggatan just around the corner - free internet - superb breakfast (at least, one hotel that knows what "bacon" means, and knows how to prepare ! Very friendly welcome - Very comforable bed : sleeps well !

Not really a "minus" - knowing housing cost in Stockholm- but room was pretty small : 15 sq m for 2 is not very much. No fridge.

Location is actually good.

The rooms layout and the room itself. You have to jump in and out from one floor to the other. The room was very small and half of it was covered by the slanting roof. Breakfast has limited options for vegetarians

close to Arlanda Express train and bus terminal and a long street of shops with some nice bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to royal palace/centre.

very helpful and friendly staff...one of the best in Stockholm the bed is small but so comfortable you will fall into sleep in minutes

Scandic Norra Bantorget has excelent location, beautiful views over the city, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Pleasant summer prices. We felt very comfortable, travelling with the children.
