The newly renovated rooms are very nice & great colour scheme and the bathroom as well. The breakfast was very good. Nice and quiet hotel, relaxing & a relaxed atmosphere. One could use some additional storage in the otherwise very nice shower for own shampoo/ conditioner. Again after having showered it was difficult to get the towels as the rail is behind the shower door when one opens it (design fault?)

Breakfast was very good indeed We booked a superior room which had extra space but was very poorly furnished with chipped black furnture and very poor lighting. Not what we expected at all.

Much better now that the lobby refurb has been completed. I was in one of the new rooms on the 5th floor but a colleague had one of the old rooms that are now very tired. Central location. Still pricey for what it is but that's Sweden for you. Much better bet that the Jazz or the Best Western

Mycket bra rum och god frukost. Gemensamma utrymmen fina. Personalen trevlig. Väldigt varmt i korridorer och det luktade illa i korridoren från garaget tilll hissen och i korridoren på våning 5. Vi undrade varför - inte bra. Synd att spa-avdelningen inte var öppen på morgonen (söndagen).

Rummet var bra och rymligt med sköna sängar Frukosten, äggröran var inte bra, de löslokta äggen var inte ens klara för att vara ett läskigt ägg, kaffemaskinen sattes på rengöring mitt under frukosten och personalen hade inget annat kaffe klart. Jag bor på hotell mycket och även då vissa ggr på Scandic och jag märkte en märkbar skillnad på hur jsg upplever en frukost på vardagarna

Moderne Lobby, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksbufett Die Zimmer hatten nichts mit den Fotos auf der Internetseite gemeinsam. Sie waren alt, abgewohnt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Bettzeug und Handtücher waren nur für jeweils 1 Person vorhanden. Weitere Bettdecken und Handtücher fand man in einer Truhe. Einen sehr hygienischen Eindruck hat das nicht gemacht. In den Bädern gab es statt einer Dusche eine sehr hohe Badewanne mit einer Duschwand. Dadurch wurde der Einstieg so eng, dass ein älterer Mensch garantiert Probleme hat diese "Dusche" zu nutzen. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel hatten wir zwar ein modernes Zimmer, immer noch mit Wanne und wieder ein altes, diesmal behinderten gerechtes Zimmer. Dieses war nicht nur alt und abgewohnt, es hatte zudem noch ziemlich schmutzige Ideen. Alles in allem ist es eine Frechheit, diese unrenovierten Zimmer in einem 4*-Hotel anzubieten.

Trevlig personal. God mat och dryck. Underbar frukostbuffe, världsklass. Trevlig atmosfär. Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum. EN säng, visserligen räckte den till i bredd (men knappt). ETT täcke, som inte räckte till. Varsin kudde, inga reservkuddar. Det fanns en bäddsoffa, men den hade inga sängkläder. EN handduk till ansikte och ETT badlakan. MISSNÖJE !!!

Trevligt spautrymme högst upp. Trevliga färger i entre/lobby och restaurang. Skön säng. Jättebra frukost med stort utbud, högsta betyg på den. Maten! Åt middag, jag tog en ceasarsallad m kyckling o bacon. Kycklingen inte helt genomstekt och bara påslängd på salladen. Trodde inte det gick att misslyckas med en caesarsallad. Maken tog tortellini som var överkokt :-( Bäst var dotterns pizza!

Att ett lokalsamtal kostade 163 kronor. Ingenstans kunde man se att Scandic har en så hög telefontaxa, vilket jag kallar ocker.
