Близостта до стария град , пристанището и централната железопътна станция , удобния транспорт до летището; Климатичната инсталация да не охлажда толкова силно през нощта .Да има подноси ,в които да можеш да сервираш по-лесно закуската си. Да не се изисква заплащане на продукти, които не си консумирал, а не отварянето на вратата на хладилника,за да се ориентираш какво има в стаята, да е сигнал ,че вече нещо си взел. |

Arrived at the hotel on a wet evening, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, as the hotel wasn't full, she gave me a free upgrade to a suite. Ate that night in the bar, again service was excellent and good value for money. If you want a shopping/city break or on business, this hotel is highly recommended. |

Hotel nicely situated and I had a spacious single room, but somewhat pricey. There is no room bar and not possible to make coffee or tea. Dinner in the restaurant with slow service and inattentive staff. |

A central location in Stockholm city, next to the center bus/metro station. A bit pricy, but I suppose that what you need to be prepared to stay at the heart of the city. Breakfast, services and staff were high class. Hotel gym was under equipt. |

Very good, i'd say excellent location, responsive staff, and offer of Russian language excursions (which was great for me) Hotel needs renovation. It looks a bit old. |

I didnt use the spa/relax, I was too busy. I couldnt see any speciel rooms, but I did like the athmosefere. No, I liked the hotel. |

Friendly service and great location. All was great, except that I checked in on Sat and was told breakfast is until 11, which was true for Sunday but not so for Monday (until 10) but the staff were very friendly and helped us out so we could still have our breakfast. |

Nice room, excellent shower. Location was great, just in the center near the Underground station. Excellent breakfast for people with a glutenfree diet; special corner with glutenfree bread and glutenfree breadtoaster. Great sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. The price (even with discount) is a bit overrated compared to other cities, but that seems to be normal in Stockholm. |

To be in the city. The lines in breakfastroom. Please put a big bin with breadbuns in the centre so people can choose to take bread easily and you don't get the long line. |

Excelent location, beside the shopping area and very close to the historic centre and the museums The minibar: works like a dispenser and you can only have inside the drinks supplied by the hotel; I understand it's very efficient to have it computer controled, but it could at least have a shelf for free use of the guests |

It was close to Gamla Stan, the shopping district was just 4 minutes away and Central Station only 15 minutes by walk. Fantastic location - right in the centre of where I wanted to be in Stockholm. |
