I think it was work of the hotel stuff. Best regards to man who worked in restaurant - very good service! There are no bathrobes, slippers and cosmetics in the rooms.

Staff is very helpful and professional. WiFi is below usable for business purposes and the wired connection in the room was broken. Interior is OK, but so very 80s.

Good breakfast buffet Heating in bedroom never worked althought it was reported at reception, we have to set up the childrens beds ourselves, hot water was erratic, internet was erratic, although breakfast was good, staff was in too much of a hurry to close it down, on arrival we where greeted by a young man wearing a white tee-shirt at reception, felt like we where checking into a hostel.

Location is excellent - 2-3 mins walk to Metro stop and appx 10 mins from Train station. Shopping street is just around the corner with plenty of options to eat around. The buffet breakfast is good with plenty options (liked the fruits & yoghurts). The room was quiet cold and it used to be very cold at around 04:00 am. I couldn't complete my sleep due to extreme cold. The heating works fine during day but seemed to have issues in my room at night time.

Excellent location - ideally for tourism and shopping. And very silent - good to relax. Good breakfasts, no queues. Quick chek-in (at 12:00). That is all. Everything is rather old, but working. Dust balls were seen in the ventilation hole, someone's hair was found in the towel. Poor room cleaning. Family room is rather small. No four stars at all, at least three.

Location very good! The bar not open before 16.00. In the evening the bar staff ignored other than Russian customers. The staff did not notice us or say hello when we entered and it took at least 15-20 minutes before we could have our drinks. The breakfast in the conference room was absolutely not what we had expected!

Location very central and (in our experience) very quiet. Lobby and bar area handy for meeting people during the day. Breakfast good but layout could be more stream-lined. Wooden floors much better than fitted carpets. A drawback for some that the rooms all have baths and not "ordinary" showers - not every one likes balancing in a slippy bath! Quilts very light for winter. Towels thin and smelly. The girl who checked us out was helpful and friendly: the other reception staff were business-like but lukewarm, and one male was "efficient" to the point of arrogance! The room keys were a nuisance: we kept them apart from phones and banks cards yet they had to be reactivated several times a day. And you must give simpler directions for drivers coming form the west: sending them all the way round by Huddinge is absurd and can cause confusion if they get into the tunnel on route 73. It´s easier to follow route for T- Centralen and then a few turns takes one to the hotel.

The hotel was well located in the central city. There was only single bed covers for the queen sized bed and no tea or coffee facilities within the room or hotel foyer. Overall the hotel and breakfast was standard for a motel chain. We had expected better from the reviews and for the price paid.

Located in the middle of Stockholm City. Nice breakfast and dining room The room had seen its best days. Looked a bit like the 70s or 80s. The gym is the smallest I have experienced at a 4 star hotel.

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Front desk helpful and efficient. location was great once we found it. Slow in cleaning up our room every day. I guess we were at the end of the line and often came back after 3 p.m and the room was not cleaned. The hotel was hard to find at first but once we knew where it was, it was an excellent location.
