空いていたせいか静かな部屋で寛ぐことができたこと 5泊したが、洗面台のお湯は熱いが、お風呂のお湯が熱くなく、湯上りで寒くなり風邪をひきそうになること。- 早急に改善しないと次回は宿泊したくない。 |

チェックイン前にもかかわらず、チェックインができた。フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーでよかった。部- 屋も温かみのある色合いで、落ち着けた。アイロンやズボンプレッサーもあり、便利です。朝食も有機のコーヒ- ーやミルクがあり、充実していました。 ドアの開け閉めに少しチカラがいりました。また、最初の日はエアコンの調整が難しく、少し寒い気がしました- 。毛布を出して使いましたが、次の日は良くなっていました。風呂場のタオルを掛けている暖房機も1日目は入- ってなかったのですが、２日目は入っていました。自分でスイッチを入れる必要があったのかもしれません。 |

冷蔵庫が無く、ミニバーしかありませんでした。外で買った飲み物や食べ物が入れられず困りましたが、ホテル- のレセプションで預かってくれました。立地はとても便利な所にありました。 ミニバーより冷蔵庫を置いてくれると便利なのですが・・・ |

セルゲル広場のすぐ横にあり駅にも近く便利な立地だった。部屋はツインルームにエクストラベットを入れたの- でやや狭かったが、ロビーやカフェも豪華な感じで満足なレベルだった。 エクストラベットの設置を頼んでおいたところ、部屋に畳んだままの状態で置かれており、自分でセットしなけ- ればならなかった。アメニティが何もついておらずボディと髪に共通に使うシャンプーが一本設置されているだ- けだった。 |

地下鉄のセントラル駅やARLANDA EXPRESSの乗り場にも近く、観光の拠点として良い位置にある。部屋での無線LAN使用が可能。部屋の- 設備やバイキングの朝食は普通に良いと思う。 |

Excelent location, beside the shopping area and very close to the historic centre and the museums The minibar: works like a dispenser and you can only have inside the drinks supplied by the hotel; I understand it's very efficient to have it computer controled, but it could at least have a shelf for free use of the guests |

It was close to Gamla Stan, the shopping district was just 4 minutes away and Central Station only 15 minutes by walk. Fantastic location - right in the centre of where I wanted to be in Stockholm. |

Location and breakfast was brilliant! We checked in about 11 o´clock, brilliant! Where was the Bar? It wasn´t open? Otherwise brilliant! |

Location is exellent Service during breakfast was very poor, there was no clean table to use. Staff wa schatting in the corner! The hotel looks tired and need urgent renovation. |

What I liked most was how friendly the staff was. Also the hotel is well organized. I had some trouble getting hot water when i was trying to take a shower. The day after it was no trouble taking shower. I did not like the TV, there was almost nothing to choose from, and I did not find information about the TV. |

Rooms were smallish, as desribed in the 14-18m². But the huge windows with a view over the top of this Stockholm neighborhood made it a worthwhile place to stay. |
