空いていたせいか静かな部屋で寛ぐことができたこと 5泊したが、洗面台のお湯は熱いが、お風呂のお湯が熱くなく、湯上りで寒くなり風邪をひきそうになること。- 早急に改善しないと次回は宿泊したくない。 |

チェックイン前にもかかわらず、チェックインができた。フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーでよかった。部- 屋も温かみのある色合いで、落ち着けた。アイロンやズボンプレッサーもあり、便利です。朝食も有機のコーヒ- ーやミルクがあり、充実していました。 ドアの開け閉めに少しチカラがいりました。また、最初の日はエアコンの調整が難しく、少し寒い気がしました- 。毛布を出して使いましたが、次の日は良くなっていました。風呂場のタオルを掛けている暖房機も1日目は入- ってなかったのですが、２日目は入っていました。自分でスイッチを入れる必要があったのかもしれません。 |

冷蔵庫が無く、ミニバーしかありませんでした。外で買った飲み物や食べ物が入れられず困りましたが、ホテル- のレセプションで預かってくれました。立地はとても便利な所にありました。 ミニバーより冷蔵庫を置いてくれると便利なのですが・・・ |

セルゲル広場のすぐ横にあり駅にも近く便利な立地だった。部屋はツインルームにエクストラベットを入れたの- でやや狭かったが、ロビーやカフェも豪華な感じで満足なレベルだった。 エクストラベットの設置を頼んでおいたところ、部屋に畳んだままの状態で置かれており、自分でセットしなけ- ればならなかった。アメニティが何もついておらずボディと髪に共通に使うシャンプーが一本設置されているだ- けだった。 |

Hotel nicely situated and I had a spacious single room, but somewhat pricey. There is no room bar and not possible to make coffee or tea. Dinner in the restaurant with slow service and inattentive staff. |

Friendly service and great location. All was great, except that I checked in on Sat and was told breakfast is until 11, which was true for Sunday but not so for Monday (until 10) but the staff were very friendly and helped us out so we could still have our breakfast. |

Nice room, excellent shower. Location was great, just in the center near the Underground station. Excellent breakfast for people with a glutenfree diet; special corner with glutenfree bread and glutenfree breadtoaster. Great sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. The price (even with discount) is a bit overrated compared to other cities, but that seems to be normal in Stockholm. |

Excelent location, beside the shopping area and very close to the historic centre and the museums The minibar: works like a dispenser and you can only have inside the drinks supplied by the hotel; I understand it's very efficient to have it computer controled, but it could at least have a shelf for free use of the guests |
