Location, in the centre of downtown and a stone throw from cathedral, castle, old quarter of Uppsala. However, there is a good Clarion exactly opposite it - we'll try that next time we're in town (see below) Extremely poor (and small) bathroom, definitely below what one wd expect with that number of stars (I wonder what the Swedish tourist bureau were doing?). The sink is tiny, about 20cm by 35, and it must be the only bathroom I've seen (apart from some developing countries) with not a single shelf. Result, we had to keep our toiletry stuff in the room - not very practical. |

in general a nice hotel. it is clean - the most important factor. nice breakfast buffet! altough the furniture in the room is very modern and design orientated, the furniture in the bathroom is too spare. nowhere to place clothes, no hooks. |

Trevligt bemötande. Lagom stora rum. Bra ytor i foajén. Bra läge med gångavstånd till affärer, kyrka, universitet och slott. Ingen kapsylöppnare (borde funnits) och bara en snurrstol på rummet (borde varit 2 mindre fåtöljer. Knepig placering på det som serverades på frukosten. Flingor lång ifrån filen, brödet långt ifrån pålägget. Alla gäster gick runt som yra höns. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach fantastisch und ruhig, und der Fruehstuecksraum ist tatsaechlich angenehm mit einem schoenen Aussicht auf die Bucht Die Zimmer sind klein und befinden sich in einem anderen haesslichen Gebaeude hinter der Villa in dem sich Restaurant und Fruestuecksraum befinden. Der Service an der Rezeption ist praktisch nicht existierend und gleichgueltig oder gar unfreundlich |

vriendelijke staf, uitstekend Engels, centraal gelegen juist 's ochtends heel vroeg nogal lawaaierig buiten: stratenmakers, werkzaamheden etc. Aantal kleerhangers is beperkt. Een ijskastje op kamer is niet echt nodig maar wel handig |

Rummet var rent, hotellet hade generellt bra eko-tänk med tvål- och shampoodispensoarer istället för engångstvålar och -flaskor, samt en del ekologiska varor till frukosten. Billigt, 890 kr för ett dubbelrum. Rummet var helt outhärdligt varmt, det gick inte att sova trots öppet fönster och ivägslängda täcken och lakan. Mycket ljud från trafik nedanför även på tredje våningen. Frukosten stängde redan 10.00 även på en söndag, vilket kändes tidigt, och personalen närmast kastade ut alla som åt frukost så fort klockan blivit 10.00. (Man kunde ju sitta kvar, men inte ens få påtår på kaffet efter 10.00.) Rummet var ganska slitet, framför allt dörrlister och toalettstol, kylskåpet var trasigt. Parkeringen var full trots att vi redan vid bokning angivit att vi ville ha parkering, blev hänvisade till en närliggande gallerias parkering som skulle "kosta ungefär lika mycket". Jag tycker det är viss skillnad på 130 kr/dygn och 190 kr/dygn för parkering... |

Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, maar in het modernere gedeelte en daarmee minder goede uitstraling. Kleine kamer. De fietsen die te leen waren, konden niet afgesteld worden op de berijders |
