The wireless internet at the hotel was very very bad. 90% of the time it was almost impossible to use.

The whole hotel works with Swedish effeciency- it is really incredibly clean and the bar on the top floor is worth a visit- even for 5 minutes.It is very well located in Kista- right in the middle of the town; Everything is in easy walking distance

The rooms are good but not great but not at the standard of a 5* hotel. In some ways this is made up by how clean they are (I'd rather the room was clean than be overly luxurious!)

Very clean and confortable hotel. Beautiful view and good price. You'll have your own kettle with cups, tea/cofee for free. Breakfast is tasty with all kinds of food and drinks. And of course the hotel is seen from everywhere so it is very easy to find it.

Far away from subway but a commun train station is quite close. Construction is not over yet (28th August 2012). Parking is outside of the building under the sun and costs 90 sek/day.

Very convenient to going around, and very comfortable.

Reasonable location and price, good lifts

I found the rooms to cold and no way to change the air conditioning to get rid of cold drafts. Also the liquid soap dispensers are far too difficult to use, it very difficult to get the soap out as they are made of hard type of plastic. Also the sitting chair in the bedroom was very uncomfortable, too low, too hard. I believe I have complained about these things on previous visit, its just the same.

Decent hotel however placed far outside Stockholm city center, in the middle of the Swedish "silicon valley". Be ready for a lot of office buildings around and for all shops closing around 5-6 pm, when the office people go home. Streets around it are empty after that time. It's 10 minutes away from the T-Bana station that will take you to the city center in ca. 20-25 minutes. The station is in a shopping mall, so if you're ready to take the 10 minutes walk, you should be fine. The hotel is new and very minimalistic and, although it's a tower surrounded by low buildings, don't expect fabulous views.

If you're used to prices in Sweden, you shouldn't be surprised. In central Europe for that kind of money you can get a 4 star hotel, or even 5 on a good deal.

Vi tyckte om hotellet det passade oss bra för det vi skulle göra

att det bara finns en riktig stol på rummet. Det skulle vara bra om båda kunde sitta bekvämt.

Servisen var mer än utmärkt. Parkerings möjligheterna var mycket bra.

Tyvärr så var köttet vi åt på hotellets restaurang inte svenskt. Sängarna var för hårda!

Vi bodde en natt för att ställa hund på Kistamässan dagen efter. Personalen var väldigt vänlig och det kändes som ett mycket hundvänligt hotell! Tummen upp!

Mitt internet och mobil fungerade inte. Fick svar att dag 1 att vissa operatörer inte fungerade i byggnaden. Dag 2 "det är ingen annan som klagat så det skall funka" ? Jag skulle rekommendera hotellet men påpeka nät bristen.
