Just good location it is very close to shopping street, old town, Stockholm city hall and the central station. The bed very comfortable. Breakfast is abit expensive and wifi excluded.

Expect free internet at the hotels when I am travelling around! However the amount is immaterial, but this service need to be easy to use in 2013! Normally I do not book a hotel where I need to pay for internet.

Fantastic location, clean, good quality room etc. Typical 4/5-star hotel. You pay a premium to stay at a hotel such as this yet they still charge 100SEK for Wi-Fi (24 hours). Just leaves a bitter unnecessary taste in your mouth.

Everybody was so friendly and we were a very big group, there for a big Party, staff were extremely helpful and tolerant with the behaviour...... There was no dressing gown in my room.....:(

Location, size of room, service by staff, free use of gym. Staff very friendly. Comfortable beed. Free water, coffee and tea everyday. Prices: Expensive mini-bar, expensive WIFI (not possible to use own mobile internet, almost no signal at the room), expensive breakfast. No bath-tub in room.

A delightful stay! Friendly professional staff (even got upgraded to larger room & late check out) Perfect location next to the old town and easy walking distance to all points of interest 2 mins walk from train station to airport Comfortable, new 5 star rooms For £100 a night for a double room is excellent value for Stockholm in this location Nothing to complain about. Perfect for a weekend break!

The location. The views over Gamla Stan and Södermalm.The kids menu: the servings are quite adequate for weight and price conscious adults. Room 633: the matrass was old, with unconfortable "valleys". Low quality sleep. The room's floor was dusty and remained so for two nights until with asked to move to another room for the remaining two nights. Room 721 on the 7th floor (hotel has 8 floors) was clean and the bed was confortable. Some of the younger staff at check in/out were unfriendly, on the verge of arrogance. The older staff were quite the opposite: friendly and very helpfull.

Very friendly staff. Unobtrusive excellent service. Attention to detail - ie noticed that my birthday occurred during our stay and surprised me with a delicious mini birthday cake awaiting our return from the day out!

The staff were exellent and very friendly. The room was really lovely with a fabulous view over the river. Breakfast exellent and use of internet good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Some keyboards need replacing. Sometimes 1 or 2 of the computers wouldn't work.

Beds aren't too comfortable, it's clean, TV channels are average, staff are very nice.a good city hotel, less variety for breakfast but good food. They don't respect you if you're paying cash so make sure you use your VISA Card.

Location perfect both for shopping and sightseeing. Excellent public transport connections. Nice smell (parfume) in public area (lobby, washrooms). Clean and nice rooms, although quite small. Good supply of instant coffee and tee. A bit slow service in check-in and check-out. Buffet breakfast over-valued. Rather small and too soft bed with a single duvet (for two persons). Bathrope and slippers only for one person in both rooms we had booked for our family. Only 30 min free WiFi in hotel rooms.
