In this day and age, and at the proces charged, WIFI should be freely available in the rooms. It isn't - you need to go to hotel lobby to get free WIFI - ridiculous. |

The bed was nice and the lobby of the hotel was very nice. It was lovely with the DJ playing music. The bathtub was very small and i found it very expensive for internet and movies. I think that should be included in the price. Prices are too high! |

The location is very convenient, just 100 meters from Stockholm Central train station and a short walk over the river to the old town. The beds were very comfortable and the baths are modern. Our room had not been fully cleaned -- we found dirty ear buds from a prior guest on the bath's floor. |

Easy access to all the transport systems making getting around simple (NO Taxis required) Overpriced for the services provided. Have stayed in many better 5 Star hotels. |

Perfect service and comfort as expected. I still do not understand why such (or any) hotels charge internet? Shouldn't this kind of service be free (hey, its 2009). They are asking for 20 Euro a day which is affordable, but having in mind that this kind of hotel is used mainly by business travelers who are always in need of a internet connection, I do not think this is reasonable. |

centrally located rude staff, the hotel outside, its design looks poor. I highly recommend to take room with view, otherwise your view will be little backyard. Check-in is not earlier than 2pm, breakfast is not included and very expensive; you can find much better (and cheaper) things to eat just crossing the street - the most famous shopping walking street is just right near. Also, during Xmas Stockholm is boring. |

Friendly staff, all were approachable and smiling. Room was spotless clean on arrival and after the cleaning was done eachday. Plenty of staff. |

The location is perfect to move walking. The bed was excellent In general the room was small to be a 5 stars hotel and the bathroom too. For this kind of room the price is a little be over price |
