Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu asiantuntevaa. Huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen, peitot, tyynyt ja sänky erinomaiset! Hotellin aulabaarin espresso ei ollut nähnytkään espressoa! Kone uusiksi ja kahvi tuhdimmaksi, kiitos! |

Ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Cloub Lounge oli miellyttävä ja mieleenpainuva lisä. Sijainti erinomainen kaupunkilomalle. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen hotelli keskeisestä sijainnistaan huolimatta. Erinomainen aamiainen. Tyttäremme lisävuode oli huono ja aiheutti selkäkipuja, tukiraudat tuntuivat patjan läpi!! |

Siisti hotelli ja hyvä palvelu. Autolle sai paikan lukitun oven takaa eikä tarvinnut pelätä, että vahinkoja sattuu. Palvelua sai myös suomeksi. |

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was very clean and cozy. We were there with friends who did not buy the breakfast upfront. It cost them nearly 50€ to eat with us. The pictures of the room on the site gave the impression that the rooms on the club level were better, when in fact they were exactly the same as any other room and 80€ more expensive. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, even for Sweden, and the parking can get you into trouble if there is a problem with the garage, which the hotel does not own. If you are going to stay here, get the breakfast included and pay for vallet parking upfront. |

It is a very nice 5 star hotel with attentive staff. The front desk could use a few more people to staff it for check in/out, although that said they are very helpful. |

It was fine to stay there. Nothing amazing but all good. We stayed on the club level which was good as we did not have to stand in line downstairs to ask questions from reception because we had a concierge on this level. Except on the weekends which was disappointing. Maybe the concierge is there more for business guests - but it was inconvenient for us. The check-out facilities were inadequate. There were long lines and too few staff who also had to answer concierge questions as well. There should have been a separate desk for concierge issues and more staff for guests checking out. The hotel is looking tired and out of date. |

Decoration is not good enough for 5 star hotel. Room was also rather small. Purchasing to your room bill from the bar doesn't work well because you can write down the wrong room no. to the check: I got an extra 1198 SEK charge because some else wrote a wrong room no. to the check and hotel staff didn't check up the name for the room. Luckily I noticed it. |

The classic room was big and nicely decorated, location was excellent and close to most attractions down town There was no heating in the bathroom and rather noisy between the rooms/floors |

I like everything about this hotel, location was brilliant. The room was great, even internet free of charge in the business centre. Can not complain. If in Stockholm again, I would not stay enywhere else. |
