部屋はリフォームしてあってきれいだった。ガラスと鏡を多用したインテリアも上品な感じ。アメニティは充実- していて、困らなかった。スリッパ、バスロープも頼めば無料で提供してくれる。ベットが大きかったのでベビ- ーと3人で寝ても余裕があった。 部屋でのインターネット利用料と朝食の値段が高すぎる。（ただし、インターネットはロビー階の端末で無料で- 使うことができた。）満室で清掃がおいついていないようで、午後3時に到着したが、チェックインできなかっ- た。 |

とても快適な休暇を過ごせました。 朝食のバイキングもとてもおいしく、フィットネスルーム、サウナもとても清潔で、レセプションの方々も皆と- ても親切でした。またストックホルムに行くことがあったら是非シェラトンホテルに泊まりたいと思っています- 。 |

清潔で居心地のよいホテルでした。中央駅からもガムラスタンからも近く市内観光に便利な立地でした。フロン- トには日本人のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいました。 特にありません。 |

歩いて主な観光地へ行けたのでとても便利でした。日本人のスタッフも一人フロントにいました。ホテルの朝食- も十分で満足の行く滞在でした。 |

It is a very nice 5 star hotel with attentive staff. The front desk could use a few more people to staff it for check in/out, although that said they are very helpful. |

It was fine to stay there. Nothing amazing but all good. We stayed on the club level which was good as we did not have to stand in line downstairs to ask questions from reception because we had a concierge on this level. Except on the weekends which was disappointing. Maybe the concierge is there more for business guests - but it was inconvenient for us. The check-out facilities were inadequate. There were long lines and too few staff who also had to answer concierge questions as well. There should have been a separate desk for concierge issues and more staff for guests checking out. The hotel is looking tired and out of date. |

Decoration is not good enough for 5 star hotel. Room was also rather small. Purchasing to your room bill from the bar doesn't work well because you can write down the wrong room no. to the check: I got an extra 1198 SEK charge because some else wrote a wrong room no. to the check and hotel staff didn't check up the name for the room. Luckily I noticed it. |

The classic room was big and nicely decorated, location was excellent and close to most attractions down town There was no heating in the bathroom and rather noisy between the rooms/floors |

I like everything about this hotel, location was brilliant. The room was great, even internet free of charge in the business centre. Can not complain. If in Stockholm again, I would not stay enywhere else. |

The fact that I dint need to use the metro not even once because of the perfect location and as for the hotel staff.....Mr Abbe, made all the difference there. And also Oscar and Fredric nice people too.Thank you |

It was a very pleasant and conveniently located hotel from which we could explore this lovely city. The breakfast although expensive, was very good. The coffee at breakfast was awful! |

Central location, good facilities, comfortable room. For a large, business hotel there were ont enough check in staff to handle the check in and the check out procedures. This resulted in long waits for me getting into and out of the hotel. |
