Friendly stuff and helpfull

Bed was not comfortable The parking elevator was not working i have to get out of the parking and go to front door to enter the hotel Breakfast was poor

A comfortable and clean one room apartment. Excellent breakfast. Free Wifi.

Very soft bed. Spotty Wifi.

Location is good, 4 min to subway and 15 min to city center. Spacious room.

Shampoo is provided only once, so bring your own. Staff was not very helpful about sights seeing, so bring your own city guide.

The location was great, but the bed was a little bit small. The staffs were super helpful, they also helped me to print the boarding pass for free.

They didn't provide shampoo, shower gel, and cleaning service even though we stayed there over a week. If you care a lot about money and have lots of free time, don't book here too early like me, keep tracking, it becomes cheaper and cheaper until it sold out...

It had a nice bed and good interior design

The staff was badly behaved the breakfast was awful considering the price their was no bus stop nearby but only a metro station that required about 10 min walking also they don't clean the room for a week

The rooms are beautiful and very practical. The beds have two small single bed duvets but i was alone and was not an issue. Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. Breakfast was decent although im from france and cold meats and hard boiled eggs with toast is about what you get, someone from america or england might feel the lack of bacon and eggs are a problem. The wifi was nice and strong and i was able to skype my husband with video on. Its very easy getting in to town

If you have loads of bags, walk from the metro might feel too long, its about 1km from the hotel

Great place to stay with family, clean and close to a great grocery store.

A little hard to find once you exit the train station, but we found it. Some directions on the hotel website would be helpful.

Why so small blankets

1. Very clean and neat facilities. 2. Very friendly and helpful staff (Symeon is super friendly and fun to talk to). 3. Inclusion of breakfast with many rates. 4. Free WiFi 5. Clean and comfy beds. 6. Great location; close proximity to two metro stations and not too far from city center via car or public transit.

1. The lack of some products in the room, such as coffee filters and cream/sugar packs for the coffee makers, paper towels, and facial tissues. 2. Spotty WiFi reception on all devices in my room (429). 3. No obvious climate controls in room. (Honestly I did not ask, as I was ok with temp. but this is something one should easily be able to identify).

Location. Proximity to 2 subway stations as well as a full service grocery store. Access to several budget restaurants.

The room was nice and modern. Comfortable in every sense. It is in a very quiet area and well-connected for travellers by car.

You have to get used to the fact that they do not clean your room. It is an appartment after all.

Varying size and facilities included / excluded from same size apartments. Initially given a medium Apartment which was only 30sq meters and did not include a sofa.
