That you need the deposit in swedish krone, however I had 3 different visa card in pocket. This is a bit stupid that you cannot accept electronic credit cards. We were very lucky that we had fortunatelly 13000HUF with us. The staff was so nice to accept it. You should think about that some people stay just one night in your hotel so of course not willing to have 500 SEK from ATM machine 'cause cannot sell it after check out! |

The comfort of the room basically and the location of the hotel, which was pretty much central. This is a small industry. The welcoming is very basic. No bar during the day, so it was impossible to get a coffee inside before 6 pm. |

The room was very spacious with a kitchenette. Nice for a longer stay! The breakfast room was very crouded, almost hard to find a seat. on the buffet one thing was always gone or not working, coffee machine was not working half of the time. |

Price/accommodation was good for one night stay over the weekend.Good location, polite stuff, secured hotel. I was expected for a bigger room. The bed of a Double Studio Room is too tight. Breakfast choice could be improved. |

The hotel was relatively easy to find and close to the centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the 160SEK for breakfast would have been too much, so we didn't have any at the hotel. |

It is located on the border of the lively centre of the city and is really very new. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all what is needed for cooking. A convenient hotel car park is located in the basement. The price for the car park is rather high, but apparently this is so all over the centre of the city. |

Our room was very well furnitured. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days but our room was cleaned only once - the first day. Even the rubbish was not taken. We asked the reception- desk and they answered that the hotel policy is the rooms to be cleaned only once weekly!. We think that this should have made known at booking.com |

Room was very spacious, air-coonditioned. No complains about the 2nd room. 1st room was a disaster as it was not cleaned up but the hotel staff were excellent. They were fast in changing the room for us. He even brought me to the room to ensure that it has been cleaned up. |

Very nice location in the city. Close to all points of interest and to the Central train terminal. Friendly staff. Very well equipped clean room with kitchen and big LCD TV. Large comfortable beds. Only breakfast should be a bit more varied. |

Location is awesome - only a short 10 min walk to the central station. The room was huge, with ac. Beds were comfortable. Showers in Sweden are very weird....hole in the floor, with a shower curtain around it. (It only mattered to my wife, I didnt mind) |

The room is equiped like a studio (cooking place with dishes, salon), very convenient if we need to cook, the movable TV, the location of the hotel. No view outside, window can not be opened (ground floor). |

Perfect place to stay! Only few steps from the shopping area and 10 minutes walking frok the station. If you arrive from the station don't take a taxi. The taxies that are leaving fro the station will charge you 25 euro for a trip of 800 meters, because they don't have the meter. The hotel it's brand new. You have free internet with cable in the rooms. speed it's around 10 mbit/s. In very room you have a microwave and small kitchen. Some girls at the front desk were not polite. Even if our room was ready, they told us that we should have waited till the checkin time at 14:00. |

The hotel is conveniently close located to the City centre, only a few walking minutes. The rooms are spacy and very modern. There is a public parking just opposite the hotel. It was a pity that the check-in person was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Also the room was not prepared upon check-in despite prior advice that the party would consist of 5 persons. |

nice apartment hotel, relatively good breakfast, next to city center. Somehow the hotel had received our booking only as a normal room, no family studio as booked and our request for the baby cot at the booking were not noticed - it took later than 8pm before it was brought into the room. |
