Staff were helpful and friendly
The hotel is a mixture of office units and hotels. It was challenging to navigate to your room.
The hotel îs very close to tram station for The line 2&4. Go arrive in about 45 min from The airport and city center is at about 20min by tram. At breakfast you get the same thing every day but you have from where to choose. Very big room but king size bed a little bit too small and also the pillows where in small size. We had room 503 and it was very quiet. The wifi was good in your room and in the lobby. Overall it's a good choice.
The bed too small
Spacious room, warm and comfortable shower, good wi-fi, well equipped room (with steam iron), friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
The hair dryer took fire when I was using it. :) The breakfast room could be a bit more cosy, too much the feel of a school diner.
Close to tram stop. Spacious suite, with kitchenette. Free laundry facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Grocery store on ground floor.
Dishes were not washed. Should we have done them? (There is a dishwasher in the kitchenette)
The family room was spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was not really what you would expect from a 4-star hotel
The breakfast had a great selection, the staff were very friendly and helped out with places to go. Location was slightly outside but very easy to get into the centre and tram runs till late so was convenient!
Good quality and safe location. Tram is very close. Helpful staff.
A bit far from center.
Close to tram. Very clean room with excellent security and superb staff.
Nothing to dislike
Easy checkin and room access. The main bed was comfy enough, but the pillows were rock hard.
Very basic and industrial feeling. The hotel was colocated with some offices and businesses, which means many closed doors and halls/stairways. Parking was extra, which I think was expensive. Breakfast was lousy.
Extremely quiet, did sleep very well. Very clean and fresh. Great breakfast. Perfect location.
Hotel guests did not take away their trays with dirty dishes from the table during breakfast. The staff did not have time to clean up the tables and it was not nice to sit and eat breakfast watching all these dirty dishes. Don´t blame the hotel staff but the guests.
It was perfect. The room was large and well furnished. Good beds. The tram kept very close to the hotel, and there was a supermarket next door.
The bedspread could do with being washed. It was very dusty.
Somewhat industrial Feeling to this hotel
Nice restaurant, good breakfast,sauna
- While the fold-out bed in the couch was merely acceptable, the beds were very comfortable. - Decent little kitchen. - There are several, large supermarkets in the area. - The front desk staff was quite nice.
- The picture used on Booking.com is highly misleading, suggesting that one of the hotel's main attributes is its verandas or a roof top garden/café but we found no such facilities. - The hotel is located in an office building next to a dodgy parking lot in what appears to be a run down strip of town along the highway. - In the very simple bar downstairs I paid ca. 10 euros for a single glass of unassuming table wine that the bar tender filled only half way, which struck me as a fairly childish way of increasing the profit margin on beverage sales. - Long, dark ugly hallways on most of the floors. Not a pleasant atmosphere.
The room facilities, friendly reception staff, the great breakfast range of foods and drinks, the clean rooms and verandah with view of the Liseberg park, the secure car park (despite its fee), and the easy access into Gothenburg centre.
The third bed (sofa bed) was a little bit creaky, but comfortable. The coffee, tea and milk in the room were not topped up each day and when we asked for more there was limited supply left as the hotel was very busy that weekend.
The rooms were spatious and well planned.
The breakfast area was busy and crowded. Noise level high.
Large room with kitchen facilities good roomy bathroom
Dark public areas, breakfast good but not catering for vegetarians
Spacious rooms (we were in a suite) with sauna, breakfast, very friendly staff at the reception.
Good restaurant. Car parking at the hotel. Convenient tram service into Gothenberg. Helpful staff, large, well equipped room.
Area around the hotel suffered from litter and was rather untidy.
Large room with kitchen, dining area and balcony with table and chairs. Free laundry facilities. Tram stop in front of hotel. Large supermarket across the street. Secure facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast area with free breakfast.
Fee for fitness center. No good restaurants nearby, but tram is convenient and inexpensive to go into town.
Everything was very nice and well run. Breakfast was wonderful.
High hotel standard, spacious family room with 2 large double beds. Location is not perfect, but at least close to tram with direct connection to downtown.
Location is odd, entrance looks wired during normal business hours (supermarket feeling). No space to let you children play outside
