Very friendly considerate staff, the buildings, the interiors, the art works inside and in the yards are all unpretentious, very nice grounds. The best judge are children and they were enchanted by the place. We only stayed one night on way to Stockholm. |

Was quickly contacted by hotel staff because of announced late arrival, with clear info on how to get key etc. The room where breakfast was served was very nice. Nice surroundings. We did not stay in the castle, but in an adjacent building, (which was clearly noted when we made the reservation) which was more of a hostel than a hotel. |

1. Additional confirmation email from the hotel staff with gps coordinates. 2. Excellent breakfast service in the main building. "Triple room" in reality was equipped with bunk beds more suitable for kids' dormitory. |

The location was good - good overnight when going to Kolmården. Food was excellent - both dinner and breakfast. Rooms were smallish but nice. Friendly staff and good children's playroom. A tv in the room would have been nice for the price paid |

Nice building, the castle and very beautiful surroundings. The personnel was completely absent. We arrived 6 pm and our room key was on the desk in an envelope. Completely no personnel guarding the desk, so everybody could have been in our room. When we returned around 9 pm, the castle itself, where the bar and reception desk were, was completely closed. |

śniadania Niestety nie ponieważ po przyjeździe pomimo rezerwacji na 3 doby po dwóch zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego ponieważ zapomniano że w/w hotelu będzie wesele ,nie uprzedzając nas o tym.Zapomnianao też lub nie zauważono że rezerwacja była z 2-ma psami, po czym,wieczorem, w dosyć nieuprzejmy sposób zwrócono nam uwagę co do pokoju który zajmujemy razem z psami/a taki nam przydzielono/przenosząc nas do innego,mimo że z winy hotelu następnego dnia rano mieliśmy się przenosić do innego hotelu |

Su estilo , el que pude disfrutar , a pesar de estar alojado en el Nygarden en los salones comedor y otros anexos. solo que deberían indicar al momento de la reserva las coordenadas del mismo , pues no se lo puede ubicar bien con GPS con la dirección indicada , sobre todo cuando como en mi caso, llegué a las 23.30hs |

Die Lage von Stjärnholmslott ist wunderschön. Sehr schön ist auch das Schloss selbst und vor allem der Skulpturenpark. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Hotelangestellten sind hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren für uns zu weich. |
